Good news for the aging or so they say, they have invented a new gadget that just like our Computer does a Restore. Yes we put in a date attach the necessary cords to ourselves and amazing we can go back 10 -20 – 30 years or even further back and once the Restore is complete we are fully restored but unlike the Computer if we are not satisfied we cannot undo it, we remain in that point of time
Wow no aches and pains or Arthritis, laugh lines are gone and so is grey hair, we don’t wet ourselves when we you laugh and we remember everything when needed. 
Of course so is our life wisdom gone and our Maturity in The Lord, and all of the new things age brings with it, patience, calmness, experience (learned by failure in youth) serenity, slower pace to enjoy more. Not to mention our friends that we made after this restored point in time.Our wife or husband seems younger than we remember and the Children are different too, they could be back in nappies or still at School. Work now dominates our life again and leisure is something to look forward to in the future. Our friends are too busy just to have a chat and a cuppa, and most days we are tired and long for a quiet life without stress.Last reports were the Invention took off well but sales are now declining and some want their money refunded. How good to be content just where we are in life and to look forward to our Eternal Home!

That is brilliant idea. It’ll be amazing to go back and restore broken hearts, avoid mistakes , even avoid meeting evil people who destroyed our lives or those we live but then we can’t argue with fate and God’s plan. We can only pray with faith that something better is waiting for us. That God will restore our brokenness and make us whole…a blessed day to you and your family.

You make me laugh …I would love to put a couple of answers up for you especially cockroaches. They come anywhere near me they get trod on so I’m not coming back as a cockroach. I think an higher order to come back as is a puppy especially in a house run by me or someone like me a puppy would have everything it wants plus more

Hahahahah and know what we know now. I think I would rather have my peace and quiet and live now. A friend and I watched the Sapphires when the movie came out and laughed about the times. The boots, the cars, the music, we loved the music. The mini skirts, to see ourselves in mini skirts now, “Yuck”all those bits are covered now days. I wonder if we live those times again in another life. Just kidding

Thanks Barb I agree “Yuck ” Yes I know your just kidding but some really believe we are Reincarnated and that everything is but God tells us different, when we have fully crossed over there is no way back and we don’t even remember the things of earth, so we won’t know if someone we care about never made it there, if we did we would be very unhappy and there is no tears or sadness in Heaven, only Joy.
Besides if a Cockroach in my home, wants to come back to a higher order, what does he have to do to earn it, always remember to wipe his feet on the mat before he enters the Pantry or does he need to remember to say thanks for the food, to his Cockroach god, who didn’t provide it for him anyway ….. I did 🙄

Yes Anne ,superficially it sounds great to be all those young things you once enjoyed , but now you’ve got past ,the life growing pains to some degree. What of all the new things age brings with it , patience , calmness experience [learned by failure in youth } serenity ,slower pace to enjoy more. Have I convinced myself to be content in present situation ? Yes I have, and as the song says “Be Happy.

Yes so True Ron, age brings with it many blessings if our eyes and ears are open, when we live in obedience to God, putting Him and others first, then we do have True happiness not what the world offers, which is temporary and has to be topped up all the time.

I loved this. It did make me think. Would I want to go back to an earlier time? No, I don’t believe I would. I enjoy much more peace of mind now and I would never choose to go back to the days of kids’ scrapping and fighting, Ugggh!

Wow Deborah, that is just what was going on in my head during the last few days, I had a few aches and pains and thought what if … and since I often do a restore on my Computer, I just put 2 and 2 together, added a few Screen shots and confirmed to myself…. No way this is where I want to stay!
Thank you for your confirmation and insight… what about pimples and teased hair and that time of the month, demanding boyfriends, homework, detention and time out, just how far back would we want to go.
