Getting the Blessing

Thank you Marie for a powerful Truth filled message and one we must not overlook or take lightly………

So what are God’s commands…….

Matthew 22 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great Commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt Love thy Neighbour as thyself. On these two Commandments hang all the law and the prophets………

A Satisfied Spirit

Deuteronomy 30 was my reading portion of the Word today.  This is a very powerful passage.  Have you ever questioned what is necessary to receive God’s blessing?  Do you think simply believing in Jesus will do it for you?  Will all the good things you do get it for you?  The answer is quite simply…

GOD, your God, will cut away the thick calluses on your heart and your children’s hearts, freeing you to love God, your Whole heart and soul and live really live.  God, your God, will put all these curses on your enemies who hated you and were out to get you.  (See Chapter 27)

And you will make a new start, listening obediently to GOD, keeping all His commandments that I’m commanding you today.  GOD, your God, will outdo Himself in making things go well for you: you’ll have babies, get calves, grow crops, and enjoy…

    Thanks for rebloging this one Anne, its a reaffirming of what Jesus taught about our undivided love for God. Marie reinforces what Moses had already said in Deut. 30 If God says it and then it’s backed up by Jesus, I think its a message for us to heed. that is, let nothing come in the way between us and Gods place in our life.

      Thanks Love and yes I agree but as we know we can’t do this in the flesh it has to be put to death by us choosing to walk in The Fruit of The Spirit with His empowering.
