Update on Sorry my Blogging Friends

Good News I will be using a newer Windows Computer, although I had very good Security with my XP Computers which was added on as XP is no longer protected like the newer versions of Windows but they were still old Computers so needed replacing. With the new Window Program it  will take me awhile to fully understand all the settings but I will be able to Blog and Post.

I do need to catch up on your Posts so I will visit those who have Commented on mine first and than stay in touch. Thank you for your  Patience Support and Encouragement, I’m looking forward to sharing Christmas with you on our Blogs – Anne (Grannie Annie)

.

Previous Message ……. Sorry my Blogging Friends

It may be awhile but Hopefully not too long before I can visit you again, unfortunately my main Computer crashed last night and yes I lost it! but it was an old one and I had been having problems with it as I shared with a few of you, although it did have good added Security and it’s not as old as the Laptop I’m using now which also has the same type of Security, so I’m Hoping all will be OK until I can contact my Computer Technician and if needed buy a New Computer.

It’s so frustrating, I lost all my Inbox, all your Posts that I was wanting to Comment on and all my other Notifications from WordPress that I save, such as your replies to my Comments, your Likes on my Posts and your Comments, as well as all my Personal Correspondence which I have also not had time to save on a U.S.B .

Thankfully a lot of you have Visited me on my Blog over the last few months so I have those links and you will be Posting New Messages and the Reader helps with contact but please be Patient with me, it’s Christmas and I have Cards to send, Cakes to bake and yes I’m still unpacking Boxes but you can be sure I will visit you before the New Year.

But for now dear Blogging friends, Many  Blessings for “Christ”mas which is a Special time to remember and give Thanks for our Abba Father’s great Love for us, shown so clearly in Jesus’ Birth and in His Death and Resurrection, we are indeed very Special to Him and when we Love Him Passionately too we also show it in our Words and Actions.

“Christ”ian Love Always,

 Anne ( Grannie Annie)

You will if I can do it you can. I am a lefty and I worked it out. Now don’t come back at me about the post you did supporting us left handers. We leftys can do it. I have to work a tablet while I’m away and that is something else all again.

        • I did try Bj but with having Dyslexia and not just because of being a Lefty, I could not understand the changed Settings on Windows. It’s the same when WordPress keep changing Settings on our Dashboards, as someone “Wise” once said; “If it works don’t Fix it” I will have more lessons next week but until than I have to continue with XP but I have good Security although there are better ones available but their too expensive.

Did you read my last Post Bj? if so what were your thoughts, so many today do not want to do it God’s way but prefer their own agenda and than wonder why their in a mess. I’m not saying you are, I know that you Trust God but unless they seek Him with all their Hearts and not the things of this World and Love Him fully which means complete Trust and Obedience, than they will feel empty and unfulfilled.

How many ask for His Wisdom but still depend on what others say instead of Trusting in Jesus to lead them into all Understanding. Yes we can be Uplifted and Encouraged by what others share but if it is not confirmed in God’s Inspired Scriptures or in Creation, than it will lead to a dead end.

    • Thank you Diane, to be honest I’m exhausted with unpacking and with the Computer problems and now it’s Christmas but I Love the Celebration of Jesus’ Birth even with all the extra work but I can’t find my Nativity Setting, it must be in one of the Boxes that still hasn’t been unpacked, it may have to wait until next year.

What about you Diane ? no doubt your all settled into your New Home but what are your plans for Christmas? are you visiting your family or are they coming to your place?

“Christ”mas Love Dear Diane and Blessings to you both,
      Anne.

        • I’m sure you will have a wonderful Christmas Diane with your family, please share about it on your Blog, only if wanted of course.

My Brother is in Sydney although I do have friends here but they will be with their families so for Christmas and my Birthday mostly you and my other Blogging friends will be my family.

In regard to my New Home Diane, I give heartfelt Thanks for God’s provision, it’s a lot smaller than my others but it is very comfortable and has everything I need although it does need some repairs being older but it has great Security and I have very warm and friendly Neighbours who make sure I’m OK when needed.

Christmas and New Year Blessings to you Diane, your Husband and your family,
          Anne. xxx

I can relate. I have a love hate relationship with computers. The mere fact that you found so many pictures of computers giving people trouble should prove that this is a common malady. There is hope. Maybe God is showing you something else to do to show his love at this moment. I know you have a great spirit and know what to do.

    • Thank you Scott for your Kind and Caring Encouragement, Computers can be very frustrating but their needed. Although God does not deliberately cause problems for us, He does indeed work everything out for good.

With my being Dyslectic It was never my choice to have a Blog or to name it Freedomborn but I have been very Blessed being part of the Blogging World even with the down times because there has also been many up times and so yes I will be ready when He calls.

Blessings for Christmas Scott and The New Year, I will visit soon,
      Anne (Grannie Annie)

Matthew 1:22-23 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the Prophet, saying, Behold, a Virgin shall be with Child, and shall bring forth a Son and they shall call His Name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is; God with us.KJV

Enjoy the new gizmo! Once you get used to it and how fast it is, you will wonder how you ever lived without it. Well, not really. But, you just might like it, anyway. Have fun!

    • I hope so John but if not exactly fun, well at least relaxation and no problems that can’t be resolved easily.

What’s your plans for Christmas John, do you have a family get together? and does your Church have a Special Celebration too.

      Blessings – Anne.

Three of four of our children are married, each with a child. So, we will have some scattered visits…fortunately, the furthest one is 40 minutes away, whom we will visit Sunday afternoon. Then, we will have the other two and their families over Sunday night for a couple of hours. Christmas day will be quite…just us and our youngest, maybe older daughter will come back over as she only lives a few blocks away.

How about you and Mr. Aussie Christian Focus? Big plans?

        • Sorry I missed your Comment John, thanks for sharing, I hope all went well for you and your family this Christmas.

It was a quiet Christmas for me, I had an accident the day before and mostly rested on Christmas Day although I did have friends come the day after to celebrate my Birthday, it was very enjoyable.

          Blessings – Anne.

  8. I expect the new computer will be running Windows 10, which I have but took quite some time to get used to, the only browser they install is Edge (formally Explorer)
If like me you prefer Firefox, you can use Edge to search for the latest version to download and then go to settings to make it your preferred browser
Hope this help, look forward to you being able to get back to writing
May you have a blessed Christ filled Christmas
