Although I was delving into the Occult before I became a Christian I have not personally been involved in Yoga but I have seen the demonic results of those who have been and also Christian Testimonies damaged by what seemed harmless and beneficial exercises but are in Truth dangerous Pagan rituals to their gods leaving the Soul polluted. We do not have to be involved with evil to recognize evil.
But let’s remember Satan is defeated in a Christian’s Life, God protects our Soul, if we have been involved in dangerous practices we Pray as King David did (see below) with assurance God will set us free and purify us, conforming us into the image of Jesus.
Below is a link to Beth Eckert’s Blog and part of her warning against Yoga and the Occult. Beth is a courageous woman who was also involved in the Occult before becoming a Christian, she now contends with God warning others of the dangers of Yoga and other Occult practices. Beth’s warning comes from Love offering protection to those who blindly seek harmony through Yoga knowing they will only find disillusionment and Bondage.

Practices such as Yoga, meditation, channeling energy, tai chi, kung fu, karate, acupuncture, mantras, mandalas, reiki and feng shui are all based on these spiritual teachings or principles that incorporate the gods and goddesses or the channeling of energy. All gods and goddesses are false gods aka demons. There is only one God, and He is the One who created the heavens and the earth. Any other “god” is like Satan; looking to become like god in order to gain power and control over humanity.
As I grew in my relationship with Jesus Christ I understood that Yoga was a spiritual practice to invite demons in. What I did not realize was that I was taught to use Yoga to channel demons into my being during satanic rituals as a child.
During one of my sessions that I have weekly, the Holy Spirit revealed to me how Yoga was used in satanic rituals. Each specific Yoga pose has a purpose in opening you up to the alignment of your spirit and soul with different deities. I have posted my reply to you on your Blog below Abeltje Quintijn I’m not sure what your focus is as I was unable to read some of your messages but asking for God’s Wisdom and Empowering by The Holy Spirit and Trusting in Jesus our only Teacher to lead you into all Truth, will give you a firm foundation. Jesus was known as a Man of sorrows and He grieved for those whom He knew were lost Eternally, it is why He warned and rebuked because He Loves all of God’s Children and like our Abba Father it’s not His will anyone perishes . I’m also not Happy Clappy when I witness evil in all it’s forms and it is because of Love that I warn others if they are in danger.

Thank you for sharing my Message on the dangers of Yoga because for what ever reason you had for doing so God’s Truth will always be Victorious.
Yes I believe God’s Love is the most important thing we are to seek to do in our lives, we are as confirmed in Scripture, to Aim to be Perfected in Love but that will not happen if we allow Satan to get a foothold in our lives and it is not Love to watch him do this to others and not warn them and this is True if they are continuing to Sin too, we do so in Love and for Love.
We need to be very careful that we don’t agree with evil by allowing it to continue without warning others, Love is not passive as Jesus, Paul and others in Scripture confirmed by their words and actions. Jesus got the whip out, Paul rebuked firmly etc.

Yoga isn’t a religious view.
There are some who use it at practice and others who use it as exercise.
After all, it is a way to gain flexibility and to relieve muscle pain.
You don’t have to believe in any religious factors to do yoga, it is just movement without meaning to some.
I am not attempting to change your views, I am just a person with an opinion.
My family is Christian, and I have invited Reiki into my life and have since I was young.
They are accepting of my choices, and they don’t believe it is evil or accepting ‘the devil’ into their lives.
My friends father is a Christian priest, and he told me that people who accept god in their life do not live with hate, they accept his love and his compassion towards all of man kind.
So i guess my question is, how can you hate something you don’t fully understand?
You can do all the research you want to, but you’ll never actually understand the practice(belief, exercise, call it what you will) unless you’ve looked at it with an open mind.
I am not accepting any demons into my life by accepting Reiki, and to hear someone say that really stumps me.

It seems wilddivine95 that sadly you are unaware of the origins of Yoga, the exercises that you claim are beneficial were and are used in Pagan Worship as they commit spiritual Adultery by glorifying their gods instead of The One True God, our Lord and Saviour.
The Godhead or Trinity as we call them today is not to be mocked so regardless of how many even those who are called Christians disobey Him by being involved in Pagan practices it does not make it OK to do so, yes Pagans use Christian Symbols and Remembrances too like Christmas and Easter but they pollute them.
So do we hate Pagans, No we are to even Love our enemies but we hate the evil they say and do and we have nothing to do with them except to warn others of the danger they propagate.

How sad A.M. If you believe in God then you can’t reject the Trinity who are called The Godhead in Scripture, The Name Trinity is a more recent Name for Them just as The Rapture is called by a different name in Scripture and Dinosaurs are too, also Aid’s and D.N.A are mentioned in Scripture but not by those names either. God is not a liar, He tells us all Scripture is inspired by Him including those I shared with you that clearly show The Trinity is a reality.

Dear Anne, I am really not eager to preach or convert you. Being a born bastard child meant I had a LOT of gratis and unwanted bible lectures, which were certainly not of any sane or just GOD.
I could hide behind ‘scorched child learned to shun the fire’, but that is not the point.
Just make sure that no scripture, no drug, no false friend, nor anything else makes you betray the real god and go for falsehood – Much wisdom comes down to that, once survival is at stake… And thank you, for your efforts and tolerance.

I have come to learn that as well, my family does yoga and I tried before I turned to God but never will try again. Just as well I could not do it anyway. Especially now my right leg is struggling. I am turn to God more and more each day now.

We know that Satan will try to “pervert” anything in our lives. We always need to be on guard and watching in those areas where we think we are invulnerable. That’s probably where Satan will attack us.

Very True Debbie, I had a woman whose comment was abusing me for standing up against the evils of Yoga, so yes Satan also attacks us for making a stand against all his evil tools but many are deceived today even in the Churches, it is why it was Prophesied the Church would be in darkness in the end times and that the Shepherds would be leading their sheep astray. If Man says it they believe it even if it constricts what God tells us as confirmed in the Scriptures.

You seem to have very little understanding A.M. Pietroschek of our value to God as His Redeemed Children, He delights in us and even sings over us and He never leaves us to face the battles Satan and life brings, as confirmed in the Scripture below.

What you do not seem to understand A.M. Pietroschek is God’s Inspired Words in Scripture speak for Him and when I share them I have no doubt they are His Truth because He confirms they are through The Holy Spirit.

You will indeed Diane, I never realized myself how dangerous Yoga was until I read Beth’s warning, although I had seen the carnage it left in those who practiced it in the Church, I did warn them at the time because I had been warned but they would not listen.
I heard from Lisa Diane both by a Comment and an e-mail, I will contact her tonight although I will respond now to her comment, perhaps we can share by Phone too but I’m not sure if my plane includes her Country we will see.

Very interesting. Our 10 year old grandson recently declined to participate in a meditation session in his classroom because he said it was against his religion. The teacher allowed him the option to do something else outside of class at that time and he took it. Later when our daughter asked him what that was about he said he felt meditation was against Jesus and he felt it was wrong and he couldn’t participate in it. We were all so encouraged by his leadership and spiritual sensitivity. Reblogging!

Very True Jan but God does not force us to Seek, Ask, and Knock and many do not listen to Him but to a Man or a Woman even though they contradict what God tells us as confirmed in Scripture.
