Can you be Pro-Choice and not be Pro – Abortion? What does Pro -Choice mean? It means the freedom to choose to have an Abortion if wanted or to support those who want an Abortion…
So you cannot be Pro – Choice without being Pro – Abortion and than if you are Pro – Abortion you are also in God’s definition… Pro – Murder.

Frightening Statistics – Every year in the World there are an estimated 40-50 million Abortions. This corresponds to approximately 125,000 Abortions per day.
Some of these are late term Abortions, which have now increased. Also Abortions performed in Public Hospitals are not funded under Medicare. Therefore these figures reflect a lesser amount of Abortions than the actual number. Many more babies are lost to Abortions by Chemical means such as the Birth Control Pill and through the “Morning After” Pill and yes by backyard Abortions too.
Job: 14-15 What will I do when God confronts me? What will my answer be when I’m called to give account ? Did not God who made me in the womb make them? is He not the same One who formed us both within our Mothers?

Regardless of how small a Person is they have a right to life.
Do we have the right to choose to destroy what God has created and given in Love ? God doesn’t make mistakes, He is the giver of life, yes our world also has sickness and pain to endure, which is not by the hand of God but for every deformity, disability, bodily malfunction, sickness or disease, God gives extra grace. He brings good from all things, for all those who Love Him and in doing so obey Him willingly. His Grace also covers the unborn, the innocent and helpless.
Our Heavenly Father knows us in the flesh from the moment we are conceived and in the Spirit before we are Born, does anyone dare to take the Life of those He holds close to His heart and continue to do so without remorse and heart repentance which includes turning away from evil and doing good by the empowering of The Holy Spirit.
A Fetus feels pain at 8 weeks…
By this age the neuron-anatomic structures are present. What is needed is (1) a sensory nerve to feel the pain and send a message to (2) the thalamus, a part of the base of the brain, and (3) motor nerves that send a message to that area. These are present at 8 weeks. The pain impulse goes to the thalamus. It sends a signal down the motor nerves to pull away from the hurt.
An example…
Try sticking an infant with a pin and you know what happens. She opens her mouth to cry and also pulls away.
Try sticking an 8 week old human fetus in the palm of his hand. He opens his mouth and pulls his hand away.

Wow my friend you created a great controversy. You are right, I think everything has been said. I do not agree at all with abortion, babies have rights even though they are in the womb.

Also well said Bj, babies do have rights regardless of how small they are and yes it is a controversy, some believe they have the right to choose to Murder their babies but they don’t and never will and unless they repent they will be accountable for the evil they have done.

This is another one of your beautiful teaching posts with perfect explanations in both the biblical and scientific worlds. You’ve laid it out beautifully for our human hearts to understand. I happen to agree with you. I happened to run across another comment of yours and then haven’t been able to lay my eyes on it since. It has to do with our blogging relationship. I thought there must have been a reason Sheri why you never responded to my Comment on your Blog, which is not like you at all, that is why I e-mailed just in case you had forgotten or were upset. I value your feedback and yes it is because Blogging to me is like having a Conversation and what we share with each other strengthens our friendship and gives us opportunities to encourage and help each other when needed. My Aussie friends don’t Blog, they mostly use Facebook so it is wonderful to make new friends all over the World with Blogging.
I’m very pleased Sheri that you appreciate my sharing of God’s Truth the way I do, I’m Dyslectic and normally cannot write more than a few lines but I do so fluently when I Post or Comment and the Scripture I use comes into my mind as I do, although sometimes when needed I use previous messages or just parts of them and Comments too. I have been Blogging for just over 5 years and writing on Websites on the Internet for many more years and apart from when my Computer has crashed and I have lost everything, I have saved most of my Communication with others.

Now that I know I can Pray for you Sheri where your need is the greatest, did you know that Jesus was tired sometimes too but God The Father gave Him added Strength to Minister to those who needed His help but He also rested at other times when He was tired, He had a Physical body like ours with all it’s limitations.

Your post touches my heart … But please tell me what is the point of giving birth to a baby when the mother is merely 13 and has been a victim of rape? By giving birth to a child in such a case are not being unfair to the mother and to the baby? Pro-choice and Pro-life are essentially on the same side …Pro-choice merely means choosing to not give someone a bad life!! The point of giving birth to a baby sugarsatchet, regardless of how it was conceived is that the Child has rights too, it has the breath of life which is God given. Some couples long to have a Child but can’t so every Child is needed, I was Adopted and I have cared for unwanted Children too and they did not regret being born.
I was also Born with disabilities, if they had Ultrasound than I would have been deleted for sure and even though I’m not famous and I have had much heartache and suffering in my life including being abandoned by my Mother when I was 4, I’m still grateful that I had a chance to live.

I love you Anne. Heres sending all my love and blessings to you. I hope you heal in every manner possible. A Child definitely has rights … I am all for the rights of children but then if parents cant give their children a happy, healthy life which is full of love and promise then they might as well not have it. I dont have kids and I am yearning to have a baby. However, had I been incapable to care for a child, I wouldnt have been yearning for it. Get another life into this world, only if you can look after it. Life is precious sweetheart. Love

Incapable of caring for a child? There is always adoption regardless of the circumstances of conception. I know. Gang raped at age 14. Gave birth to the child and she was adopted. Found her 36 years later. I have 3 happy productive grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Abortion would have stopped all of that. It isn’t an option!

It is an option but laws in India are convoluted. We have been waiting for 3 years but to no avail. There is a long waiting list … It is not easy here

The reason sugarsatchet there is long waiting lists in India is because Abortion is also an option in your Country and so like other Countries the waiting list is very long to Adopt.
Abortion is not an option to God, we are not to Murder His Children for any reason.
But I do understand sugarsatchet the frustration and disappointment of not being able to conceive and I feel very much for you. After having another 6 Children who did not survive birth I wanted so much to have a Child with Ron when we were first Married but it did not happen and Ron’s age prevented us from Adopting and because of my past pregnancies we were not accepted for the I V program which we were later Thankful for when we found out how many embryos were destroyed after fertilization.
So instead we became Carers of Children for many years with an Organization called Aunties and Uncles, we mostly cared for Children from one Parent Families to give them a break, which gave us an opportunity to give their Children a Holiday and to show them Love and to also share about Jesus with them assuring them He Loved them very much as He does all of us. We were Carers until we came to Queensland to live were it was not available.
I hope you don’t mind me asking you sugarsatchet, do you have Faith in God are you a believer in Jesus Christ?

Dear Sue, Thank you for responding to sugarsatchet and yes we have both been horrifically abused in our younger years and this was in no way God’s will for us, we live in a fallen World which Satan controls and he motivates those who walk in their Carnal flesh to hurt the innocent and to destroy the good God does for Mankind.
I feel so much for you Sue although my abuse was very different than yours I still understand the humiliation and horror you felt but to be violated in the way you were would have also brought intense fear too, we praise God for His Grace and Mercy and for His Strength that He has given to you and I Thank you too for your Stand against what is evil in His eyes, you are indeed a Woman of great worth.
So wonderful to hear too Sue how much God has blessed you with Family, He does indeed bring good even from the bad that happens to us.
Please forgive me Sue for taking so long to visit your Blog again, I’m still very much behind in my Blogging since the Accident, some nights I feel so tired from trying to do things when I’m in pain, I just go to bed.
God’s Balm does give me some relief but I do need an Operation unless He chooses to heal me as He has done more than once before but mostly I find God uses the help He has provided through Doctors and Medicine and Natural remedies etc but regardless of what tools He uses He is the only Healer and we give Him heartfelt Thanks always and in so doing we are lifted up in our spirit.

Thank you Sugarsatchet for your Kind, Caring words but although I share about the suffering and heartache I have experienced in my life, I no longer feel the pain and shame it brought, Jesus has healed and Blessed me greatly.
It is wonderful Sugarsatchet that you also have Faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour He has indeed set us free from the Slavery of Sin but as you rightly shared; God does not willingly afflict us and we do indeed reap the evil we sow until we come to heart Repentance but we also live in a fallen World that Satan controls and he tests and temps us to do evil and to reject Jesus until death, the unforgivable Sin and also motivates his followers to hurt us, which Jesus warned us about, some of us will even be Martyred before He returns.
