At times Nature can seem to be cruel, as Animals respond to their need for food or to protect their territory. Animals are very different to Humans in that they don’t follow Moral or Ethical codes but respond to their instincts and their need to survive. Although they can be taught appropriate behavior their actions are based on their circumstances. If attacked they will defend themselves, when shown kindness and Love they will respond with trust and loyalty.
The Alligator, one of the oldest and ultimate predators, normally considered the “Apex Predator”, can still fall victim to implemented ‘team work’ strategy, made possible due to the tight knit social structure and “survival of the pack mentality” which is part of the Canines instincts.
See the remarkable photograph below courtesy of Nature Magazine.
Note that the Alpha dog has a muzzle hold on the Alligator preventing it from breathing, while another dog has a hold on the tail to keep it from thrashing. The third dog attacks the soft underbelly of the Alligator.

I don’t believe this, even a stuffed Alligator could out Maneuver 3 Pups!

Depends if the Alligator’s batteries were new, if not he was probably all charged out!

Well their not Kittens Caleb but just as cute, I have bits of stuffed toy animals all over my house, Mo-Joe loves to pull them apart, guess who cleans up the mess.
Please continue Caleb to pray for Ron, he has good days and bad but his memory seems to be deteriorating, he is resting more but is not himself, he lacks interest in most things.
Blessings – Anne.

Thanks for keeping in touch Caleb, it’s very much appreciated, Ron now has Prostrate Cancer as well as the Melanoma and so he has not enough white blood cells, he is finding it hard to manage after the treatment but keeps going the best he can, please Pray for complete healing, which he had after his triple by-pass 25 years ago.
Blessings – Anne.

Dear Anne,
I am so sorry to hear the news about Ron, I will certainly keep him in my prayers for full recovery because for our Lord everything is possible! Have Ron’s doctors considered immunotherapy for the melanoma? It has been shown to be very effective treatment in certain cases of melanoma.
Also, I would suggest to inquired about photon therapy for the prostate cancer. This is a very specific targeted photon beam:
Here are two links for information about these therapies, (both from MD Anderson Cancer Center).
Immunotherapy:

Photon Therapy:

In the mean time I will keep him in my prayers.

What do you mean Bj when you said you know my sense of humour, I’m always very serious and haven’t a funny bone in my whole body, yes I know God gave us the gift of Laughter but does that mean we have to use it? after all 3 puppies eating a fluffy toy Alligator is not nice, if you don’t believe me just ask the Alligator lol

Thanks Debbie, I appreciate God’s gift of Laughter too and seek to share good humour even if a bit over the Top.
I have missed your Posting, you also bless me greatly, the Scriptures you share and your Allegories are so good as they focus on God’s Truth.
