I’m very much a People person believing we are all People of worth and unique, so I have much Joy in sharing with people personally and over the Internet. My main focus in life is my wonderful Friendship with Jesus Christ, without Him everything else would be meaningless, I have deep heartfelt thanks and appreciation that I'm a Spiritual Child of The King of Kings and I seek to share with others how truly wonderful that is with the hope they too will realize the same and be set free now.

  1. What sounds like a noise to others when we sing, is beautiful to God, He hears the Melody of our Heart not the Notes from our Vocal cords.

So let’s shout to The Lord all the Earth, Let us Sing and Praise The King!

We share the same singing expertise! 😉 I always tell people I took God literally when He said to sing a joyful noise, “noise” being the key word when I sing!! lol But you know to God we all sound like angels when we sing our praises to Him! I love to sing too and I often remember one lady in church who also loved to sing but did not have the talent for singing, but she did not care. She sang loudly and with joy and sounded better than the most experienced singer. Since then I think of Evelyn W every time I sing loudly my praises to our Lord and King.

    • Yes so True Patty, singing to The Lord from our Hearts is a joyful sound even if we can’t remember all the words, I put my own in when needed and yes they fit.

Are you going to Post for Christmas Patty ? you have such a wonderful Focus and the same as Debbie, you write with your heart too.

Many Blessings dear friend and may the Wonder of Christmas fill you with all God’s Love, Hope and Joy until your overflowing.

About your singing Anne, you don’t have to ‘cell’ us we are only tunefully aware of your limitations. As you don’t want ‘dischord ‘ don’t give up your day Job!

    Cheers

Annie, You have a great sense of humor! I am going to have to quote you whenever I describe my singing ability: “prisoner singer!” (At first, I thought your post would be about joy in suffering when Paul and Silas sang in prison, Acts 16, but that can be another whole post! :))

    • Wow Debbie, I didn’t know Paul and Silas couldn’t sing either, you really know a lot about everything don’t you, your always in tune with what’s going on. Well at least I I will be in good company even if the accommodation is a bit lacking and I’m sure the evening meal won’t be Ala-Cart but I will just tune out, I don’t like discord.

      Annie’s off Key again!

Annie, I don’t know about Paul and Silas’s singing talent (from a musician’s perspective.) I guess I never thought about it as I figured it was the most beautiful sound in the world since they were singing out of joy for Christ in their hearts. Some how, I think you knew where I was coming from: prison, singing and the Bible story about Paul and Silas.

But I am glad you were able to indulge your sense of humor with all the play on musical terms in your response! 🙂

    • I’m tone deaf T but I love to sing and I often do and others are so kind in Church they give me plenty of room to do so, most of the time I have all the front seats to myself 😆

But the Children in my Funday School just love to sing and dance, I’m limited with my feet but the Children keep me going and they even enjoy my Singing, Wow! and all my actions too and it’s so good to hear them singing Jesus loves me, when their playing with their friends or on their way School.

Love and Christ- Mas Blessings – Anne.
