When God Reassures Us…….

I would like to share with you today about a word of reassurance from The Lord that I received last Tuesday Morning. I was sitting at my Computer and just happened to look up and see a Moth sitting in front of a sign on the top shelf, the same one in the Picture above and it was looking at me, yes it had what looked like human eyes on it’s wings, I was told they are for protection.

The words that are on the sign I had only shared a few days before with an Atheist on a Blog but in his foolishness he had rejected them, they are my heart focus and even if I did not believe what God said, it would still be settled, it is His Truth.

At the time I felt sad for this Atheist and the other one on the Blog that I was visiting, with having been one myself for almost 30 years and knowing the confusion and despair it brings, well at least I was an Atheist in my head but not my heart or I would still be one today.

I had been deceived by a Teacher at School and by my Mum too that I came from an Ape and that Jesus and the Bible were just made up but Jesus rescued me years later and confirmed with evidence the Truth of the Scriptures and that we did not evolve from an Ape or any other Animal, see link below.

I also felt anger at the way these Atheists mocked God and rubbished His Truth in the Scriptures, they also put me and others down when we shared the confirmation in them of God’s reality but of course they don’t understand His Truth because they don’t have The Holy Spirit (1Corinthians2:9 -16) so His words are foolishness to them and yes this is because they are foolish like I had been for many years.

When I was sharing with Atheists on an Australian wide News Website a few years ago, God gave me the Scriptures below, yes there are some we can reach but some we never will, so we need to be careful we don’t become polluted by their foolishness.

Proverbs 26:4 Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.

Proverbs 26:5 Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit.

The Moth stayed in front of the sign for over three hours which was strange because the Office has light from the right side window and they like the dark, although the light was not overhead where it rested but it was still not dark. When Nick, Ron’s Grandson came for lunch, a very Special young Man and gifted Musically, he took the picture above of the Moth in front of the sign, after lunch it had disappeared, no doubt it was Camera shy, Lol. I would like to share now a little information about Months and especially more about this Moth before I share how God reassured me through it, No it was not to remind me about not storing up riches on earth, I have already learnt that doing this is futile, my Treasures are now being stored in Heaven, what He showed me which I have shared in more detail below, was the reality for those who reject Him and sin, although hard to hear this judgment, it is needed as a warning to those who continue to sin and live in deception and propagate it, such as Atheists,  Cults and other False teachers and those deceived by them who we pray for, with the hope that they will come to heart repentance as I did.

The Children who come to my Funday School call me Granny Annie which I love, so after looking for details about this Moth on the Internet, I was very surprised to learn it’s called Granny’s Cloak Moth, a coincidence? well I know God does not think I’m a Moth but you can be sure He got my attention and I have also been blessed in finding out more about Moths, at least the ones they have noted, no doubt like the Eagle there are others which have been not recorded by man, God’s creation is awesome as He is Awesome but He is with a Capital “A”.

The Scientific name for a Granny’s Cloak Moth is Speiredonia Spectans and they are from the family Noctuidae, they are native to Australia and are mostly found in the North Eastern areas, their diet mainly consists of plants from the family Acacia, the family of Wattles and they like dark areas to rest, which offer them protection from their predators.

Adult Granny’s Cloak Moths appear to have brown colored wings with scalloped edges, and eye spots on each wing and streaks of dark colors but in the right lighting, purple colored wings are visible as shown below. When the source of light is at a shallow angle to the wing surface, it does have a dowdy brown appearance but when the source of light and the viewer’s eyes are directly overhead, the iridescence in the wings and the eyes can be clearly seen as shown in the Picture below…..

Every Creature has a purpose and these Moths do too and also some other varieties of Moths as they are substantial pollinators by day or night and are attracted to fragrant flowers especially white ones. Moths have hairs on their bodies that pick up pollen and carry it from bloom to bloom.

As we see below the Clothes and Pantry Moths are pests but they are needed too, Moths are food for many other Animals and Bats and Birds both rely on Moth larvae as food and many small Mammals eat Moth larvae too.

After praying, the Scripture God lead me to was Isaiah 51 which has been significant before in my life but at the time the verses 7- 8 did not impact me like they do now.

Isaiah 51:7-8 Hearken unto me, ye that know Righteousness, the People in whose heart is my law, fear ye not the reproach of Men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings. For the Moth shall eat them up like a garment and the worm shall eat them like wool but my Righteousness shall be for ever and my Salvation from Generation to Generation.

We do not have to fear those who claim God is a delusion and who Mock Him and us, or teach error, they will find their foundation is very shaky and will eventually fall in a heap and like the Moth eggs that become worms and eat our clothes, their understanding of reality is without God’s Truth and so is full of holes, their delusion brings despair and heartache, this is their choice, it’s not God’s will that anyone suffers or perishes, meaning to be separated from Him in Hell in the Lake of Fire that burns Eternally. All we can do before it’s too late is Pray that when they do see God’s reality in His Creation, they will not reject Him but God will not force them to repent, He does not want Puppets, without repentance they will reap what they sow.

Romans 1:19-21 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of Him from the Creation of the World are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal Power and Godhead so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful but became vain in their imaginations and their foolish heart was darkened.
