Urgent Prayer Needed- I’m in Hospital

hDear Blogging Friends, I’m in Caboolture Public Hospital again, some say I’m having a bad day but it seems we are having a bad year.

I woke up on Friday morning with a sore throat which developed into a bad cold and by night time I was very weak and could not breath properly, Ron can’t drive at night but it would have taken him too long to drive from his daughters place and I was really battling so I called an Ambulance again. The Paramedics said my Blood pressure was very high and so once again I was rushed to Hospital.

After tests, ECG etc they said I had a server Chest infection that had caused a heart attack, which is still not stabilized and there is damage, I’m hooked up and have leads everywhere and I may be taken to a Hospital in Brisbane if needed, but they want to monitor my heart further first, hopefully it will settle down, I don’t understand all the Medical Terminology but I’m Trusting in God and my Doctors and yes Praying often.

Ron brought in a very old Laptop for me but I can’t receive e-mails, the Inbox is not working and it took a long time to log on, it kept cutting out, I’m using the Wi-Fi Dongle again which is not the problem, it’s working well.

Now some amazing things to Thank God for, once again the Hospital Staff have been wonderful and the Nurse that was caring for me in Emergency was a Christian, I had visited her Church about 5 years ago, when I lived on the Sunshine Coast. I told her about the last time I was in Hospital and the Butterfly (see my Post link below) she drew a small one on my Details board and we both shared about our Love for The Lord.

Home At Last 1

This morning feeling the need to come close to God, I tried to find a Christian Chanel on the overhead T.V but I couldn’t there was just Sport, News, Music and Ads. I asked if there was a Hospital Chaplin, I wanted so much to pray with someone but they told me no one was available till tomorrow because it was Sunday, so I prayed quietly with tears, please God comfort me.

Not long after I heard the Doctor tell Lilian, the woman in the bed across from me, that she could go home, I hadn’t talked to her because I had been too sick the day before and she had visitors most of the time when I felt better but when Lilian was waiting for her husband to pick her up, she walked over to me and gave me a bunch of flowers and said; Anne, God Loves you and is with you, I cried with Joy and than we Prayed together.

I’m once again holding close to my heart the Scripture below that Jesus gave me in my Storm and I have no doubts our Abba Father will work all this out for good. Thank you in advance for your Prayers.

Scriptures

Isaiah 43:1-3 – Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.”

Jeremiah 29 :11-12 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a Future and a Hope.

Lamentations 3: 33 For God doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.

Christian Love in our Unity in Christ Jesus – Anne.

    • Thank you again Debbie and as I shared on your message above, Thank you also for your Love and Compassion in my Storm, I know God’s Love is in your heart, YOU SHOW IT.

We never let go of the Truth that Jesus is with us regardless of what we go through, He never lets us down even if others do and those that matter won’t but we still Love and Pray for those who don’t show they care by their actions or words.

Oh Annie, I am so sorry to hear that you are in the hospital. Nothing is too small for our God. May God continue to use this time to grow your faith and to reveal more of Himself.

I think of Elisha in 2 Kings 6:17 when he prayed for his servant, “And Elisha prayed, “O LORD, open his eyes so he may see.” Then the LORD opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.”

May you see God’s protection all around you. Get better soon my sister in Christ!

        • Yes very True, you are right secretangel although God never forces us to rest by afflicting us, rest is the best thing for our bodies and Souls, we rest our Bodies for repair and we rest in Jesus for His Strength and Assurance of His constant Love for us.

Thank you again secretangel for your Loving response to my Storm, I hope to do a update soon, yes I get worried but I seek to resolve it when I do worry by Trusting in God, and He motivates others to care and to Pray and He does this as we can see in our ups and downs by sending His Faithful in the Body of Christ, regardless of their Church, meaning Denomination, to be there for us in words and actions.

God’s Blessings dear Blogging friend and Christian Sister – Anne.

    • Thank you GPCox yes I do feel stronger but I have other problems now which I will share about on my Update but I don’t feel alone or worried now, I know I’m in very good hands, first Gods and than the Hospitals.

I’m missing Blogging, I enjoy reading what others share, when I’m better I’ll buy a new Laptop in case this happens again and Laptops are good for Holidays too, hopefully it won’t happen again but our bodies do wear out as we get older.

Thanks again GPCox for your warm kind wishes, Blessings – Anne.

    • Thank you dear T for your Loving words of assurance and Eternal Hope, they are like rare jewels, their value can’t be calculated in a earthly way.

I am worried though T, although I was able to fix up the support for Darlyn I was unable to write to her or send the girls pictures in time before I went into Hospital and I have no correspondence with me for Compassion or their Phone number to let them know whats happened. Ron finds it difficult to understand my filing system so he can’t help me, I’m worried Darlyn will think I don’t care, letters are so important to them and yes to me too.

      Blessings – Anne.

Anne, I would not worry, I think Darlyn knows you care and I also think she will understand you have been sick, you can tell her in your letter what happened once you get home. Also I am not sure if you are aware but in the USA you can write your child online from your online account. I just looked for you on the Compassion Australia website and it looks as if there is online letter writing available there too. All you would need to do is call them and ask for your information and then create your online account and then you can write her online from their website. here is the information I looked that up for you Email: compassion@compassion.com.au Phone: 1300 22 44 53
I also have something I would like to ask you. As you know I will be going to visit Darlyn’s child center and her church on September 12 – 17. I want to know if you would mind if I bring her a bag of goodies from you. They would be things like stickers, school supplies, hair bows.. etc. I am not sure if you noticed in the picture on my blog of my little Ericka I had a friend take her a gallon plastic bag of goodies, I would like to take Darlyn something like what I gave Ericka….that is if you do not mind. I will purchase the items and this would be my gift to you, but Darlyn will be the one to actually receive the gift .. if that makes sense?? Let me know if this will be okay to do.
I hope you get well soon! God bless you my friend and I am still praying for you!

        • How can I Thank you enough T, what a wonderful, Loving thing to do for both of us, God Bless you greatly, what you do for others you are doing for Jesus.

I’m in Prince Charles now, they took me by Ambulance earlier today, what I’m going to say now may seem a bit over the top T but if I go to be with The Lord and it’s possible with all of us of course, Ron has agreed to take over Darlyn’s support fully, he already helps but please tell her she will have our support as long as she needs it and that we are very blessed to have her as our beautiful young girl through Compassion’s Care and to also be able to help her Parents this way, I feel God answered my Prayers too.

Thank you T for the information about online letter writing, it sounds great, I will follow it up when I come home.

Christian Love always dear T in our Unity in Christ Jesus – Anne.
