This message is not to share how to get going when your exhausted but I would like to share with you instead what happened to me last week, it was indeed very much a low energy time but also a time of Blessing.
On my way home from shopping late Tuesday afternoon, I realized because the battery was very low that I had forgotten to fully charge my Mobility Scooter and I knew I wouldn’t be able to get home, this has happened to me before so I always carry a battery in my Scooter Bag just in case but as I was also not very far away from the Takeaway Hamburger Shop that had let me charge up a few years ago, I felt relief that I would be able to get help.
Thankfully they were the same people and they let me charge my Scooter again but as they were closing in a hour I knew the charge would not be long enough to get me home and that I would have to charge again at a Shopping Complex closer to home.
As I was getting ready to leave, the Shop owner noticed one of my wheels was flat, this meant I couldn’t drive home, I quickly phoned Ron and he came and picked me up, we left the Scooter at the Shop and I arranged for Mark the Service man to pick it up the next day.
It was a very cold night and all of this had taken hours and having left earlier in the day I was not dressed for the winter night chill that comes on so quickly, so the next day I was sneezing and had all the other symptoms of a cold, I felt miserable and took some cold tablets and went to bed early.
They returned my Scooter on Friday Morning and I headed off to see my Doctor after lunch but on my way home and by this time it was getting late as it’s always a long wait to see my Doctor and I also did some shopping, to my surprise I noticed my Battery was very low again, it seems they had forgotten to fully charge it up after the Service was done and the puncher was fixed. I didn’t know what to do because when I phoned the Scooter Service number the recorded message said they were closed early with it being a long weekend. What was I going to do it was getting late and it was cold again.
I knew Ron would not be able to help me this time as he would be feeling exhausted after his Chemo and so he wouldn’t be able to drive safely and I didn’t have anyone else’s number to call for help either, I will make sure I do in future though.
I was thinking perhaps I could ask one of the people I had meet when driving home before if I could charge my Scooter but both of their homes were in darkness and by that time I had no battery charge left, the light was on red and I was still three streets away from home and they were mostly uphill.
I prayed and asked God to help me and very slowly headed off home without lights to save any charge that may be left. Yes I got home but it took a long time, the Scooter was going very slow but you can be sure I was thanking God every inch of the way.
When I got to the end of my driveway, the Scooter couldn’t get up the path, what was I going to do, I couldn’t charge it from that distance, I prayed again and than used my foot like the Children do with their two wheel Scooters and yes I made it up to the door but knew the pressure on my leg and foot would cause intense pain the next day but Wow I made it home!
I told Mark the Scooter Service Man what happened the next day, he said in amazement after apologizing because they had not fully charged my Scooter, that it was impossible for me to have made it home when the battery was showing red, he also said I should buy a Lottery ticket, I told him that Prayer is a sure winner the Lottery isn’t.
I’m all charged up now and as an added Blessing, I did not suffer any intense pain in my leg or foot the next day or later in the week, what an Awesome Loving God we have!

When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. It’s so good to hear from you Nancy, do you like your New Home ? I often think about you and your Butterflies, I did phone and e-mail you but got no reply, perhaps because you have moved and your phone and e-mail address are new or because mine keeps changing, my Blog is the only thing that is constant besides God of course, I still hear from Velta but only on this Blog, I lost her details when one of my Computers crashed.
Yes I Love you too Nancy and your Butterflies it would be impossible not to, you flew in just at the right time.
I was wondering also if you still visit the Ex-J.W and Mormon Website or have you moved on too? I still miss them, I never find it easy to say goodbye , my heart won’t let go, even if my head needs to, continuing to be disbelieved without Scriptural confirmation I’m in error, just shows they have an unteachable spirit, which is what you also shared about in regards to J.W and Mormons. It would be good if you started a Blog too Nancy, more people are being deceived, they need to be warned and you have more understanding than most people do.

Loved hearing from you, dear Aussie sister…. yes, we have a new address with a new phone. We are now the SUNSHINE Committee for our retirement community – about 370 different homes… going to TRY to keep up those that go to hosp., nursing homes, our Saddle Oaks Mgmt. gives a Publix Supermarket food gift if hospitalized for 3 days or more, this is also an “open door” to minister Christ.. we are NOT the ones to convict nor convert – the job of the HS.. we are only His messengers. what a privilege that we pray God bless and give direction… have so enjoyed your postings and know that clarion call you sound, calling to the Lord’s peoples… esp. now as the coming of Christ is so soon… We had the opportunity to give our testimony’s at our E Free Church here in Ocala. we have a couple of Ex-JW’s attending. as my granddaughter married a Mormon, she now has two precious girls that i haven’t met. I need some counseling on how to approach this in my own family. Just had a “go-around” about a 33rd degree Shriner serving communion. it was difficult to walk through and it’s hard to know that they have left our church.. Oh, HOW much they need church but they are so deluded, like i was as a JW!. Hope you and Ron are happy, supporting each other in the Lord’s work… you message is powerful and I’m sure glad we met via the internet… Yes, I still make the butterflies and use them for ministry… To be honest with you, dear sister, i don’t know HOW to start a blog. There is something very Special Nancy about being Sisters in Christ Jesus, we are bonded together in Love for Eternity regardless of how time and distance separates us, Thank you for your kind words of encouragement, you are and have always been a Blessing in my life.
Your Ministry Nancy with the Retirement Community sounds wonderful but than your Love for God and others is a shining Light in the darkness.
But how very hard for you Nancy to know your Daughter is in Bondage and we know she is because there is no real Love in Cults, only lies and Saccharine sweet empty words, Love is an Action not just words, it is empowered and motivated by The Holy Spirit.
Ron’s Sister In-Law was indoctrinated as a Mormon from her childhood and when she became a Christian her father and mother and the rest of her family rejected her, it was a very painful time but God gave her healing and Peace.
When I first met Ron his Daughter would not talk to him and hadn’t for 5 years, she was very bitter and resentful, yes Ron had made mistakes but she would not forgive him or accept me when we were Married , she still doesn’t, she calls me the enemy and has hurt me greatly but I realize hurt people, hurt people and that she has never accepted The Lord’s healing for what she suffered before I met her.
I suggested to Ron that he write to his Daughter and tell her that he Loved her and if needed he would always be there for her but not to make any demands on her and he chose to write to her because he does Love her greatly and than we prayed for God to confirm his words through The Holy Spirit. Not long after she phoned Ron and they were united and have been now for 33 years but I’m still rejected in her heart but did not always realize I was, I found out through family gossip and later she showed that she had no Love for me and as I shared before hurt people hurt people and so do deceived family members in Cults, I will be praying for you Nancy and your Husband and your Daughter.
With Blogging I also needed help to get started, I didn’t even know at first that my Blog was in America, a friend had set it up for me, I chose some names for it but they were being used by other Bloggers, so I prayed and asked God for a name and Freedomborn became a reality but in my Spell Check it is only Freedom, I use both because Freedom in Jesus Christ is the focus of my Blog and the message I share. I tried other Blogs but WordPress were the best except for their Ads but they all have them, so I now pay to have the Ads removed, it’s not much, there were a few other problems at first but I think it was because I didn’t know enough about Technology or Blogging and did not realize that Cult members also have Blogs but I now test the spirit and can recognize them and reject with Scripture their false teaching.
What we could do Nancy is until you are sure Blogging is for you and it does take time but I have found God provides what is needed and when it is needed and who it is needed for, you could become a Co – Author on my Blog. Ron use to be one, he had his own Corner but he got too busy when he became the Administrator for the Church and also with his responsibilities as Area Coordinator with Neighbourhood Watch.
But right now Nancy I don’t have a phone line and only limited Internet access but when those problems are resolved I will phone you, so pray about it, The Lord will confirm if it’s His will, you have so much to share that is needed Nancy, God tells us many will be deceived in the end times by False teachers, we need to warn other Christians and those who are seeking to know the Truth as confirmed in Scripture.

Hi Precious Lady: really enjoyed your letter. you have me interested!!! i have so many subjects in the Spirit that i have really wanted to share but didn’t have an outlet… for instance, the other day, i did a mental exercise with the words Nationalism and Patriotism. It was interesting and could be made in a topic that includes the structure of our Lord. We are in a church that does not have an intercessory “hot line” and i would like to see that happen. we have been under heavy warfare as we took a stand against a 33rd freemason (shriner) about 3 months ago… he served communion and i had to get out of the sanctuary… after that incident, i brought it to the attention of the pastor/elders that he was a shriner and free masosnry/shriners/knights templar are NOT compatible with Christ. It was a difficult time, we provided information that could not be thrown aside.. they made a decision that the shriner’s membrership in the church would have to be monitored.. they asked him to look into his roots (like i did in coming out and resigning from the JW’s).. and he said he didn’t need to. he wasn’t willing to be treated “differently” than other members and he and wife left the church. that hurts. they need church as much as i do but we could not abide the mixture…
no, i’ve not been on the JW blog.. i did find out that many of its members were so mixed up and have never received ministry. many were angry and the deep down desire to get even with somebody (anybody) was obvious. I ache for them.. as i have learned that i am not the hall monitor and cannot take the place of the HS in anybody’s life, i still pray for them… share as the Lord permits, etc. we have a rather large contingency of JW’s in this area so i run into them at the store, etc. as permitted, i talk to them, perhaps give them a butterfly, whatever.
yes, i still crochet the butterflies. am now using them here in our retirement community – Saddle Oaks.. about 365 homes. my husband and i are stepping up to take care of the info about those who go to hospitals, nursing homes, etc. erik may visit them as the opportunity arises. we keep up the bulletin board at our clubhouse during their illness (depending on the desire of the person and their family).. it is an open door opportunity to visit them in their homes.. the park mgmt. gives a $10 GIFT CERTIFICATE for food and we take care of that, sticking to already established guidelines. It is definitely an opportunity to pray with people and since we’ve been here 5-1/2 years now, we know quite a lot of them. erik is in charge of the billards.. he has about 10 that show up on Mon. eve to pay pool… we don’t socialize a lot with the “entertainments” they have but do go as the Lord permits.
Keep the blogging in prayer, dear sister. I love to communicate via the written word. We were asked to give testimony of coming to Jesus … they still carry it on the Christ Community Church blogs… we’ve had a couple families that somehow have family or friends that are in the JW”s and we get to help them. My fibromyalgia was FIBROFIRE this year. it was not easy bit the Lord walked with me so i didn’t drive my hubby insane. we receive the services of Hillsong in your neck of the woods. we partner with several ministries… do you need some $$ for your blog? let me know how we may help.

Hi Nancy, yes I received both comments Thank you for your response, we will need to talk about the Blog when I Phone you next week, I would love you as a Co-Author but you may feel you would like to have your own Blog when I share with you the freedom you will have in doing so but both ways will be rewarding, there are some very special Men and Woman Blogging and you will be Blessed and uplifted and they too will be as you share your heart focus with them and yes I know you have much to share from God’s heart.

Yes secretangel God is with us through all the ups and downs life brings, He is a Loving, Faithful God of that we can be assured. Someone asked me why does He let us be hurt but if He was to stop all evil and hardship, He would have to stop the world but He is patient giving His Children time to repent, it is not His will anyone perish but He knows those who will as He also knows us His redeemed Children and as you shared He brings good out of bad although He does not do evil to bring good out of it, He is Love and Love can do no evil including deliberately planing or seeking to hurt us..

Yes I pray the same secretangel and it is Prophesied in Scripture that there will be a big Revival before Jesus returns, let’s continue to pray it will be sooner rather than later, our heart felt Prayers are very Powerful when they are in agreement with God’s will and with each other, this is why Unity is so important and why Satan works against it.

I would value your Prayer Support Secretangel, I just started looking after a young woman and her 1 year old son, she had no where to go and was being abused by her husband, she became a Christian 4 mths ago and so being very frightened, she prayed for help and God lead her to me through her young brother who comes to my Funday School, he has also just become a Christian and is very excited that Jesus Loves Him and is his Friend.
It’s a big responsibility I know but I also feel it is a Blessing too, when we are kind to others we are being kind to Jesus and even if we are hurt, He comforts us and empowers us to continue walking on the right road.

It seems secretangel that I now have more than this young woman and her brother needing my help, 3 young boys that I also meet indirectly through Funday School came asking for my help this morning, they are all hurting like many other children today.
Where I live there is mostly family’s that are dysfunctional, some have only mothers or only fathers and they have been abused too, some sexually, some mentally, I cry for them and feel at times if only I could help more but I pray and know Jesus grieves too and that He will use what I have and give me what I need.

All about broken, brokenhearted but God’s healing, providing, protecting, and totally overcoming. I was wondering if the song that I wrote the lyric to would work for one song, Walking Wounded. Another song that comes to mind is Anthem Lights Mashup of 2014. It’s all about overcoming. So many remain broken because they have not found the KEY to overcoming. Praise God – it never ceases to amaze me how He is with us. It is as easy as calling out His Name! Perfect example of how God cares for us in all circumstances. What an ordeal you went through. I am sure I would have went into panic mode.

No I didn’t panic Patty but I was worried when the battery was showing red, it was also very cold so I felt uncomfortable and was shivering a lot but I knew I was not alone, I felt it very strongly, so prayer came naturally.
God never lets us down, if I had not been able to get home, He would have helped me in some other way, this I have found to be True at other times, now if you were to come for a cuppa Patty, I could share some of them with you, let me know when your coming and I will put the jug on and you can bring the cookies and I don’t mean Internet ones!

Thank you T and yes God is so very Loving and Compassionate, the only downer in it all was that my cold has turned into the Flue, two nights exposed to the elements was just too much. Today was very bad, my head felt like it was falling off, after going to the Doctor again today for some Antibiotics, I closed the doors, pulled the curtains and went to bed but I have now decided to do some Blogging to hopefully catch up a bit and so I can sleep tonight but I am battling and keep falling asleep. .

Yes I do know Debbie, our Abba Father Loves us greatly, when we go to Him with our problems He does not send us away but like earthly fathers who love their children do, He helps and comforts us if needed and sometimes in ways that cannot be explained by human reasoning, only to say He is God of the impossible.

Wonderful post, Anne. Isn’t it fantastic the way that God takes care of us in both the big and the small things of our lives! He is such a wonderful Abba!
That is a nice scooter that you have. So you use it to drive all over the place instead of driving a car? How long can you drive on a full charge? I have a similar one in my garage… it belongs to my Mom (who lives with us- but cannot use it anymore). I think I may need to use it… though I drive a car everywhere.

Good to see you too Carolyn, you are indeed very much an encourager as I have said before and I’m sure others tell you the same.
To ride a Mobility Scooter in Australia, it has to be confirmed that you need one, which means ex-rays and two Doctors confirmation. They told me that there is no cure for my feet except a dangerous Operation which I have chosen not to risk because if I get an infection they will have to cut my feet off as I have no circulation in them this is because of the chronic Arthritis which means the Antibiotics would not work. I can still walk but it gets painful and because my condition is chronic, I only have to have my permit renewed every 5 years, most have to renew it every year.
Not all Scooters have the same power or battery life, mine can go a good distance if fully charged, others I have had were not as powerful so I was limited to how far I could travel in one day. This is not a picture of my Scooter but it is similar, except I have a bag and sunshade.
If you would like my feet Carolyn you can also have my Scooter but seriously God has healed me before more than once Miraculously, so I continue to Hope but He always gives me the Strength to endure and needed help like the Scooter, which I Thank Him for.

My laptop’s screen has been giving me “fits” for a couple of months, with half of the screen closing … and with rubbing it, flicking it, but especially praying for God to make it come back long enough for me to get some things done … I have accomplished some things on it; other things on my Kindle. Hopefully next week I can get a new screen for the laptop, and then have the opportunity to get more things done … like blogging. It is “behaving” at the moment, so I thought I would come over here to WP and find my messages to respond to — and if it hold out, to also post something brief on my blog.

Hi Carolyn, Thanks again for your encouragement you do indeed uplift others. I’m sorry to hear your Laptop is not functioning well, I have experienced similar with Laptops and also other problems and the same with Desktops too but I have had more problems with dishonest Providers of the Internet and Phone who don’t do what they promise when you Join up with them or wrongly bill you and than cancel your contract to get rid of you, the lack of integrity today is getting worse. Because of this I will not have the Internet or a Landline phone soon until I can join up again with another Provider which may take up to a month, I’m going to have to write a Post to let everyone know.
I have not forgotten your Power point Carolyn about Children and Joy, I create as I feel lead otherwise it’s all about me, although once I had so many Computer problems and crashes and was so upset I just couldn’t create, I still feel sorry that I disappointed a few Blogging friends and now we are not in contact as they no longer Blog.
I live close to some shops but further away from the main Shopping Center, it takes me about 30 minutes on the Scooter to get there, sometimes longer depending on the lights but Ron also takes me shopping when he can so I stock up.

How good is it that we have a a loving Father who is concerned with all the little details of our lives, To help us settle when confronted with a drama, or finding a car spot for an important meeting , getting home on a flat battery, coincidence ? chance ? Just a measure of a Fathers Love.

How can we ever doubt His Love Ron, Miracles or not, but yes He is God of the impossible, so many times that has been His reality in my life and in others and as we know, of His Love, Compassion and Mercy there is no end.
