Today I would like to say Thank you to Barb also a close Blogging friend, her Blog is called “bjsscribbles and photography” her focus is Australia as a gift from the Lord.
Barb is another one of my Top Commenters and was last year too, although she had a different Blog name than which you will see on some of my Posts last year, her new link is – https://bjsscribbles.wordpress.com/ and like the others WordPress Staff in my very informative and comprehensive Annual Report, suggested for me to personally thank Barb and my other Top Commenters which I thought was a great idea, so I asked her what would she like the focus and theme to be if I created a Power point for her and she said Australia , I wonder why? and God’s Peace as the theme (see below) it worked in very well with Australia Day.

I have been very Blessed to be able to share with Barb, she is gifted in expressing honestly how she feels in her Poetry and her Photography is true to life. I have found with her being a reasonably new Christian that she is very eager to Mature in her walk with The Lord and appreciative of help when needed from all those willing to share.

Sorry Barb that your still not well, you did not sound too good last night and I have been praying for you as I’m sure others are too. Thank you Wally for your uplifting and encouraging appreciation of Australia’s Peaceful Shores. I had lessons in creating Power points to learn the settings, with being Dyslectic I have to see someone doing it and the rest is God’s gifting like He gives you in finding Post Topics that get us thinking, they have deep and profound Truth, this is why it upsets me to hear others rubbish God who is the source of all Truth.
We can’t reach those Wally who continually mock God and other Christians because unless there is real interest in knowing God’s Truth, not in their head but in their heart, they will continue in their foolishness and our listening to their abuse as they seek to be divisive with having no real confirmation of what they propagate, means we will end up joining in their folly by becoming like them in our attitude and responses to others and advice from fools who reject God in their heart leads to a dead end, as it also does with false teachers.

That would be awesome Anne, but I would have to think about a focus and theme. Perhaps a pictorial overview, with scripture…of Creation, the Fall, The Death and Resurrection..and The End. Is that possible? Or way to large in scope?
By the way. Thank you for saying I make you laugh. I like to do that..help people laugh. For so many years I was very serious and somewhat dour and occasionally simply mean. One thing Jesus is teaching me daily is that if I just remember that He is in control, and not me..then there is room in life to actually enjoy it.
That is but one of the ways Jesus changed me..As Paul said, all things become new..and I am a new creature in Jesus.

Yes so True Wally, God gave us the gift of Laughter to use, thank you again for motivating me to use it, I think it is because you don’t take me the wrong way but appreciate my zaniness but also the same when I’m serious too, there is a time for everything except being mean, not that I think you could be, just to the point maybe and if so I’m guilty of that too but it’s not a crime it’s needed sometimes..
Wow that would be a very big Power point Wally and much too long but I could do it in stages, if that is OK with you, I will start with Creation as per Scripture and follow with the rest, they will take more time than most as they are very deep subjects but they are great ones which we all need to understand. I have created a few others focusing on these topics but not in full detail, well now you have challenged me Wally and I’m looking forward to creating them after I finish the other ones, can I link them back to you?

Hi Bob, thank you for your encouragement, I’m pleased you enjoyed the Power point but to be honest with being Dyslectic, I make lots of mistakes which WordPress would tell you about but their too kind.
We all have gifts and being made in God’s likeness Creativity is one of them but how we use it is important and I thought you used yours well with your Slide Shows, they were short and to the point but got the message across well.

As you know God has called me to nursing home ministry and I spend most of my time visiting the elderly now. Their spiritual needs are great and the workers are FEW here. In addition to visiting the elderly, I also conduct two bible studies a week, I have also been cutting lawns in the summer and plowing snow in the winter for extra money. For me, that leaves very little time for commenting.

I don’t post for comments Ann. I post to encourage the elderly. It is enough for me that the people God wants to read them get to read them. My posts are there, comment or like or just read. It makes no difference to me. My posts are available, that is all that matters to me. I got better things to do with my time than sit at my computer all day and respond to comments. I NEED to do what God tells me to do.

God tells us to consider others first Bob not just ourselves, Blogging is about others too not only what we want to share, write a book instead than you won’t have to respond to others who are seeking to encourage you.
Giving thanks always includes others too but do as you please Bob as I shared if people choose to ignore comments than I don’t follow them but as a point of interest others feel the same and so a lot of Blogs die because a one way conversation is not very uplifting.

I started blogging again BECAUSE the directory of the nursing homes I visit ASKED me to. She thought it would be a good place for the Seniors there to go to get encouragement when I am not there to visit. So you see comments are not even necessary. My target audience is much different than yours. Do what YOU wish to do, and I will do what I wish to do. I found your comments here very insulting. You ignored my comments Bob not just on your Blog now but on your other Blogs too when you were not Blogging for the Elderly, and this is very insulting and rude too. I also would appreciate you not visiting me if you have no intention of responding to my comments when I visit you in response to encourage you too but your not the only one who shows that others who Blog don’t really matter and instead it’s what you say that is really the most important even when you are in error, perhaps you and them need to take to heart what God tells us in Scripture below and not Trust in just what you think is important.
Blogging is about communication not a one man/woman show, it is courteous and kind to respond to those who share their thoughts and encouragement on our Blogs in response to our Post messages and most will agree but sadly not all.

As hard as it is for you to believe Bob I do know what is needed to share when I comment and Post or are you calling God a liar, He tells us to ask for His wisdom and empowering which we were not Born with and we will receive them but not to doubt we have, which I don’t doubt, so are you saying God does not keep His promises or that He is a basket case too.
Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

I can’t write fluently Bob, I’m Dyslectic, although I have improved since Blogging but mostly I’m lead in my comments by The Holy Spirit and at times what I share is new to me too but confirmed in Scripture, so do I tell Him to stop empowering me? Most of my comments have Scripture included as you know which also comes to my mind as I write and so this does make them longer and yes as God tells us to do, I correct error with the confirmation of Scripture too, so do you reject God’s correction in Scripture Bob like others do, ignoring them and deleting them too. But I don’t call people names or slander them behind their back or claim they are not people of worth by my words or actions, to me everyone has the right to express themselves but not abusively, when they do this I block them but until they do, I acknowledge by my responding to them not ignoring them that they have a right to respond to my messages.
With Atheists and False Teachers I’m the same giving them the right to respond too, I don’t ignore them either but I do correct them with Scripture until they continue to reject it or become abusive but yes I do warn others about them as we are told to do when they are in danger but I do so upfront and if there is no other way on my Blog and not behind their backs. I also don’t send hate mail abusing them and calling them unloving names or making suggestive advances to them as I have received from those who claim on their Blogs to be Loving Christians but treat others as less than people of worth and encourage others to do the same, which meant at the time Ron had to join me on my Blog for protection.
Yes I have rebuked those who sin as God tells us to do when shown by their ungodly actions and I do so in Love and for Love, as confirmed in Scripture, it is not Love to let Satan get a foothold in their lives but I don’t go by a fleshy abusive agenda, but by God’s Truth which means we have to judge them to do this.
