We would greatly value your prayers for Monty again, one of our furry friends, this time he has a very serious condition that causes him to be in a lot of pain and he finds it hard to eat, his eye is very swollen too and painful. Simon our Vet has given Him Steroid medication to help but if it progresses we may need to take other steps so he does not continue to suffer.

Monty he is over 13 years old now, we got him from an Animal refuge when he was two, he was found on the street, dirty, with a matted coat and very thin having been without food for approx two weeks, he still drinks rain water in puddles. Mo – Joe our other furry friend, is being very protective of Monty and keeping very close to him.
Thanking you all in Advance
Christian Love from both of us – Anne

Thank you for your prayers Samina, I was sharing with another Blogger earlier about our Monty , he is not good, the vet told me today that he should be put down now that he has gone blind in one eye, they can’t cure him because the condition that he has, they still don’t know what causes it , they can only help with the symptoms temporarily.
Ron is adamant he will not allow Monty to be put to sleep, and right now I don’t have peace about doing this either, although I don’t want to see him suffer, animals don’t understand why, but their instinct tell them their in danger and they respond to this. I need very much God’s intervention and leading right now.

Monty is so precious , just knew he had to have something wrong ,he hasn’t a vicious bone in his body , but you touch where we hurt , and anyone will respond , thankfully the Vet knew how to diagnose and treat him, now it’s wait and see but there is Hope now, isn’t God great ?. I think so .

Yes there is Hope Love, and we both Love Monty, so regardless of what happens, he is in our heart like all our other Pets and there he will stay but Miracles do happen, that is for sure… and yes God is always great and wanting to help us go through whatever Storm life brings.
Thanks for all you did to help make things easier today, so I could rest.
Love you – Anne

Hi Dei, how good to hear from you again and thank you for your concern for Monty, he is very quiet but does make a few noises now and again, it could be the pain, his eye looks very sore, all swollen and pink, he is trying to eat but finding it hard to chew, which is all part of his condition , we were warned by Simon our Vet, it may get worse for him.
I’m well but very tired, I have been up with Monty for a few nights now, I’m trying to catch up on sleep during the day but finding it hard with the children visiting, and also the Rumpus room is having lino laid, the carpet was not smelling too good, so I have been clearing out cupboards etc getting ready for when they deliver it.
Thank you for your Prayers – Christian Love – Annie

Thank you Deborah for your prayers, and yes Monty is not a happy chappy, although this is not a picture of him, it is like looking at him and right now he is resting just like this little doggy but he wakes up now and again perhaps because of the pain. One good thing is he is trying to eat and that is a good sign.
Thank you again – Anne

Thank you Barb, we are finding it hard to see him in pain, he is normally very active and the first one to the door , he is very quiet. I never give up Hope but when earthly life comes to an end, both Human and animal, we need to accept it, grieve and move on, otherwise we die too, meaning we loose our joy and peace but like all my Pets they remain with me for ever in my heart and that is where my Monty is.

Hi Barb , it’s been a long day for Monty, he is still eating and walking but he has gone blind in his right eye, not sure if it’s permanent, we can see he is in pain at times too but hopefully he will respond to the medication, please continue to pray.
Take Care Christian Love – Anne
