Blogging for Jesus…

Are you  Blogging for Jesus Christ our King of Kings and Lord of Lords, if so you are not alone, we are all part of The Body of Christ and God’s Family, as we share the wonderful Hope we have in The Lord,  we are joined not just by the  Internet but by The Holy Spirit.

 

Have you ever wondered what they did without Computers T.V and Newspapers in Ancient times, how they stayed  in touch with the latest events. They used the City gates, it was a place for all kinds of important activity in the life of the City and those who lived there. 

 

People would discuss the issues of the day and the issues of life, the respected Elders offered their knowledge, wisdom and insight to settle commercial disputes and other matters effecting the life of the people of the City, a place of trial and adjudication, municipal law courts. Kings would use the City gates to pass down judgement and to discern what was the focus of the people.The City gate also became a place for public declaration by Prophets and others, it was indeed the Media centre for ancient Cities.

 

Today we have our own City gates and you are sitting at one of them and as Christians the message we share is life changing, giving Love, Hope, Joy, Peace and eternal Rest in Jesus Christ. You are not just an ordinary  Blogger, you are very important in God’s outreach to His Children, we are Jesus’ Hands, Arms, Feet and Voice we are His Body, we are One.

 

Were  you surprised to find yourself Blogging, I was, it was not something I had planned or did Ron and even our Blog name Freedomborn was given to me by God after praying when others were not accepted, but it has been a great Joy regardless of the problems, that I thank God for often. Perhaps it was the same for you but whatever the reason you started Blogging you are having an impact, your planting good seeds…. You’re a V.N.P which means you are a very needed person, so rejoice and give thanks, we are Family 

 

And as God’s family we Blog together, so how does He tell us to treat each other in His family, with much Love and respect, but as you can see in the Scripture below and you may know of others, there is so much more we can do for each other, we are indeed very blessed, and  even if we are criticized or persecuted by others for doing good, that is what is in their heart not ours, in God’s eyes we Shine. 

 

So let’s take some time out and pray for all our  Brothers and Sisters in The Lord and that our Blogging will be very fruitful for The Kingdom of God, both in us and the eternal Kingdom of God.

John 13:34   A new commandment I give unto you, That ye Love one another; as I have Loved you, that ye also Love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my Disciples, if ye have Love one to another.

 

Galatians 6:2 Bear ye one another’s burdens and so fulfil the law of Christ.

 

Romans 12:14-15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Be of the same mind one toward another.

 

Hebrews 19:24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up Love and good works

 

Luke 17: 3-4 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

 

Ephesians 5:18-20 Be not drunk with wine wherefore is excess, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in Psalms and Hymns and Spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,  giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

 

2 Corinthians 1:3-5 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

 

Philippians 2:4-6 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

 

Galatians 24 -26 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts, if we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

 

Philippians 2:1-3 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of Love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same Love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than themselves.

 

1 Peter 3:7-9 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, Love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
