About Freedomborn

Anne 1237 Hi I’m a Spiritual Child of The King of Kings and Lord of Lords,  my name is Anne but my Mum and some  of my friends call me Annie and it is also my Pen name as is Melody. I live in  Queensland Australia,  I’m very much a People person believing we are all people of worth and unique, so I have much Joy in sharing with people personally and over the Internet, thank you for visiting Freedomborn.

Ron my Husband of  32 years is also affectionately called Stonnie by family and close friends,  Ron is a gifted Speaker and Writer and combines both with humour, before he retired 10 years ago, he was employed as an Interim Pastor, he had been the Worship Leader and Senior Elder for 20 years at our Church where we were Members and has also been at two other Churches since. Ron was employed in other fields  and  has much life experience and wisdom. He keeps very busy and is often away with family and Church responsibilities.

Ron helps, encourages and supports me with  all my Blogs but mainly  Freedomborn and our Christmas Blog, I  have another Blog for Woman called Kingdom’s Garden and I hope to  start a Blog that will focus on how to Mature in Christ Jesus and perhaps later a Children’s Blog.

Mo Joe - look a likeWe both  love animals and our pets have always been very much part  of our lives, we enjoy spending time with them and for sure we both spoil them, I hope they don’t mind me telling you that?

My main focus in life is my wonderful Friendship with Jesus Christ, without Him all else would be meaningless. He is my best Friend and  never lets me down and I have deep  heartfelt appreciation that I’m a Child of The King of Kings and Lord of Lords  and I seek to share with others how truly wonderful that is with the hope they too will realise the same and will know His Melody in their heart.

Most of the Stories that are posted on my Blog I have collected over many years some have been adapted, or a Christian message added, if possible I have noted the Author but most are unknown,  if you find one of your own Stories or messages etc that you have written and sent out on the Internet,  I hope you will feel blessed that others are also enjoying your God-given creativity and Praising God because of it.

As for my own  original Poems and Stories or words of Hope, Joy and Encouragement,  and Ron’s messages, please also feel free to bless others with them, if they are Changed negatively then they are no longer ours  and if you wish to claim them as your own, accept them as a gift  but please remember they were given free and are part of  Jesus’ melody in our hearts.

We believe very much in  freely we have received freely we give which means what The Lord has given us  is to be shared freely  with our Christian Brothers and Sisters and those who are searching this includes all of  God’s Truth and  the wonderful gift of Salvation in Christ Jesus who has set us free.

You are all indeed a blessing to us and we are very thankful for our Christian Brothers and Sisters and give thanks that we are Christ’s Body, His Church and His Bride to reach out to others in His Awesome Name.

Hi Savannah, thank you, they are indeed precious to us but unlike you I do not have the gift of photography, I found these pictures of look alike dogs on the Internet Mo – Joe keeps changing as his hair grows. I do take great shots of feet and sky and the back of peoples heads and the tails of dogs, Ron is the same, but we both enjoy looking at other peoples Photos and original works of Art, old and new, you can often see a persons heart focus by their gifts and how they share them. I will check out your link today.

      Christian Love Anne.

    Hi Anne,
I was just thinking about you and the trouble you have blogging. What I was thinking about was that yours is the only blog [I Follow about 160] that has “flickery” things on it and that maybe this is why you’re having so many troubles with blogging. Why don’t you start a new blog without all the moving things? See what happens. Just a thought.
    love you,
    robin

    • Freedomborn says:

Hi Robin, I know you don’t like Animations but they have nothing to do with the problems I have had or are having. In Australia many use them all the time and I did for years without any problems, my trouble only started when I started this American Blog but I did notice in America as you said that they don’t use Animation much, they seem to prefer pictures on their Blogs, well at least those who I have visited, I use both.

I have to moderate your comments all the time Robin, do you keep changing your e-mail address? I use to do this but I still had problems, I was told it is better to change your password but then it still depends on who is causing the problems.

Not sure if you received my Link, I have found that I don’t receive all the answers to my comments by notification from wordPress, so make sure you look back on past posts.

      Christian Love – Anne.

I love evr’y thing about your introduction including M and M. Your passage is blessed. Thanks for sharing lady Annie. God bless you and sir Ron. 😊

    • Freedomborn says:

Thank you Yahobahne for those very kind words, we appreciate you taking the time to visit us and also hope you will be greatly blessed.

    Hi Anne
I have nominated you for four awards, yes that’s right, four awards, please visit http://thebottomofabottle.wordpress.com/2013/01/30/awards-catch-up/.
Thank you for being a friend and all your continued support.
    Wayne

    • Freedomborn says:

Thank you Wayne, for your encouragment with giving these Awards, although I have received them before I will mention you for your kindness when I Post them .

      Christian Love Anne

      • waynemali says:

        Hi Anne,
That’s no problem, you deserve to receive all of them many times.
        Wayne

        • Freedomborn says:

Thank you Wayne and how nice that you think so but some Awards have a rule that we can only receive it once but like you I think it should be as we feel lead, still whoever created the Award has the right to set the guidlines much the same as God our Creator has guidlines that we are to obey or we mess up but of course we can do our own thing but then it is no longer the Award or God’s direction that we were given, that is why I don’t rush into Posting Awards but I do link back so others can visit their Blog, I have a few waiting that I need to do this with.

          Christian Love – Anne.

    Hello Ron and Anne,

I hope it is not too late to wish you two a wonderful New Year. May 2013 bring you more happiness, love, and success. I would like to thank you because you continue following my blog. I hope my short stories and poems do not disappoint and that your visits in there have been a joyful ride.

My subscription went messed up, and now I am resubscribing. Thank you again, many blessings and much love to you. :-)

#PS: How’s summer in QLD? It’s very windy down here in Canberra

    • Freedomborn says:

Hi Subhan, so good of you to visit us, we have been short of time and so not able to comment as much as we would like but this was mostly because of Blog problems, at least it with me, Ron is very busy with his family and Church commitments but like you we have also changed our e-mail address so we are now joining up with everyone again, I will come and visit you soon and do so again.

It’s very, very hot here, I put the dogs under a cold shower with me, they no doubt think I have lost it… Hmmmm

Christian Love from both of us – Anne.

    • Freedomborn says:

Pleased you found my comment Subhan but I still can’t leave a Like on your Blog, WordPress told me that it is the Bloggers doing this, more like their own Equipment not working as your Blog is showing it has an error on it, it would be good to let them know.

Christian Love from both of us – Anne

    • Freedomborn says:

Thank you Cathy for your kindness, I will come do so personally on your Blog even if I’m prevented from leaving a Like , perhaps a few smilies.

I accept all Awards with gratefulness, as I believe we need to encourage each other in our work for the Lord or even those who need to know Him but I do not promote what they teach.

I also do not accept the pressure that some Awards entail with all their rules but will Post them when I feel lead and follow the rules, and it’s ok with me if others do the same, to me receiving them is a blessing but this year I do hope to post those I have received and not posted.

Christian Love from both of us – Anne

  6. robin claire says:

    Hi Anne,
Can you put a “Contact” form on your blog so I can connect to you directly through e-mail?
The “Contact Form” is located as an Icon directly over the “Bold / Italics” icons on a “New Page” writing window (It’s near the icon that looks like a camera). Just put up a New Page and click on the “Forms” icon. A “Contact Form” will be put on the Page and you can write something above or below it – at will. This way we can write to each other directly. Please do this for me, I would love to write back and forth more directly with you. Perhaps you can help me with your Bible understandings.
    love to you in Christ,
    robin claire

    • Freedomborn says:

Hi Robin, thank you so much you have touched my heart with your wanting to personally keep in touch with me and I will look forward very much to doing so. My e-mail address is on the notification you receive from WordPress each time I comment, if you can’t find it let me know but I also included it when I contacted you on your Blog a week ago but I will do so again.

Right now I’m limited in how much Blogging I can do but hope that will change soon, I will be focusing on Christmas when I Post over the next few weeks but I was comforted by a Butterfly recently so I will share about that first.

Take care dear Blogging friend – Christian Love Anne.

  7. robin claire says:

I love your honesty too Anne. Your brute level honesty. There’s a lot of Christians that won’t speak of such things, even though they’ve experienced them. Your honesty gave me a jump start with posting my own history – for all the bloggers to see.

    • Freedomborn says:

I’m so pleased Robin that I have encouraged you to post your own life Story, it is good that we can be honest in all things, Truth only causes problems when we are in error. I have not finished my Story yet, just my Childhood and Teenage years, my first Marriage was painful with not having any support because of believing God was just made up and a Mother who I thought would not understand, I had no one to turn to and yet looking back I can see Jesus was always close by, how blind we can be.

Thank you Robin and if I’m not cut off again from logging in, I will visit you today and share part of your life Story.

      Christian Love Anne

  8. There is something nice and calm about your writing. Nice!

  9. Hi Anne! I haven’t heard from you in a while. How are you?

    • Freedomborn says:

Hi Pastor Joe, we appreciate you visiting and hope all is going well for you in your Ministry and with your family. We have been having a lot of problems with our Blog which wasts a lot of our time and keeps us from Blogging,

Thank you for caring Pastor Joe, I will check your Blog later, perhaps I will be able to share more with you as I’m lead to or Ron will .

Christian Love from Both of us – Anne.

      • I do hope to hear from you when you are ready! :)
        Joe

        • Freedomborn says:

I enjoyed my visit with you Pastor Joe, your Testimony is a wonderful assurence of God’s Love for you the same as mine and I’m sure many others, but of course we personally are comforted to know He is always faithful, when He touches our lives in such a powerful way, even if like me we don’t realise it at the time.

I noticed another of your messages Pastor Joe that took my interest and I felt called to comment, but I had to go as I had shopping to do today, I hope to get back to you tomorrow.

          Christian Love Anne

  10. Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the follow. Your comments are appreciated. :)

Thank you again, and have a lovely day, my friends! :-)

    • Freedomborn says:

Hi Subhan it is a pleasure meeting you and I look forward to sharing with you again. Ron will be away for a few weeks soon but he will visit you when he gets home.

Morning, Anne! Your site is always refreshing. Love the video graphics. But I’m here to ask if you know what has happened to Lee Goodall’s site. I attempted to visit it few minutes ago and WordPress says the site has been deleted by the authors. I have a few reblogs from his site which can no longer be accessed. Just curious. I assume he likely has gotten his own domain and/or decided to go with something other than WordPress. Hope he’s okay. I have really enjoyed his kind-hearted discussions of biblical truths. Again, I enjoy your site each time I visit. Have a great day!

    • Freedomborn says:

Hi Sabastian thank you for your kindness in choosing us and our Blog for this Award it is one we have received before but the rules do not say we cannot receive it again, although as the rules have already been completed we will just add your name and link and post it again.

Be prepared Sabastian to receive another Award from us in the future as you are a very thoughtful and caring man and need to be encouraged and uplifted often so as you continue to bless others you too will be greatly blessed.

  14. Anne & Ron, I want to thank you both for all the times I have been encouraged and inspired by visiting your blog.

I have awarded you the Very Inspiring Blogger Award.
Details can be found at http://meetingintheclouds.wordpress.com/2012/04/01/very-inspiring-blogger-award/

  15. Freedomborn says:

Hi savedbygrace, it is indeed wonderful to be part of God’s Family and also being prepared as The Bride of Christ.

As you know we need too see the Scriptures as a complete picture not read them out of context and Scriptures confirms Scripture as we are being lead by our guide and only Teacher.

Looking again at 1 Corinthians 2:9-16 again in context it reveals many Truths we may not at first see or understand. We do indeed have the Mind of Christ when we walk in His Truth.

    Christian Love Anne.

  16. savedbygrace says:

those dogs are so cute and adorable!

    • Freedomborn says:

Hi savedbygrace, thank you for visiting my Blog home and I’m pleased you like my furry friends, your always welcome to come again. If you would like to continue the conversation that we were having on the other Blog yesterday please feel free to use my Priviate blog or my e-mail address both are listed above, we can go through the Scriptuers that we both shared and tie up the connection that way you will understand more fully our wonderful free gift of Salvation that is shown in our lives by our words and actions.

      Christian Love Anne.

      • savedbygrace says:

thanks for the offer. and thanks for this verse you posted on the other site

        1 Corinthians 2:9-16
“….The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
11 For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them?
In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
12 What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who
is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.”

and I remembered this verse too

“If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all
without finding fault, and it will be given to him”
        – James 1:5

so, I will definitely ask God for wisdom.

        • Freedomborn says:

Thats wonderful savedbygrace, I’m praying for you to be greatly blessed, we do indeed need God’s wisdom. As you no doubt know Scripture confirms Scripture which we see again with the verses below, Jesus is telling us because we are His friends will know the things of God.

John 15:14-15 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.(KJV)

Matthew 10:26-28 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops (KJV)

          Christian Love Anne.

    • Freedomborn says:

Hi John thank you for your kind words and for the ABC Award, I have received it before but I’m thankful to once again receive it from you , I still haven’t posted a lot of my Awards but will do so when I have enough people, most that I have been blogging with have already received them or don’t accept Awards which of course is their choice.

To me I believe in encouraging others, uplifting them, commending their strengths and things about them that I find special or unique and Ron does the same, maybe he passed it on.

  23. freedomborn says:

Hi my little sister, so I’m your big sister…. opps missed the comma and wow has that caused a lot of error before today. It did not rain yesterday but it is forecasted for the rest of the week, I have wet throughout my house but it is from the dogs, they won’t go outside with the flooded yards. Ron’s coming tomorrow if he can get through, some roads are now blocked.

I’m still praying we won’t have to evacuate like they warned last year, I decided to stay because they would not take our pets, they were going to use a helicopters to rescue us. I had to make that decision on my own because phone lines were down and all roads were blocked so I had no contact with Ron. I was very calm, many were praying for us but the dogs were very distressed I could not leave them like that alone, thankfully within a few days it stopped raining and the water drained away. Like you Caddo I’m sensitive but in some ways it is a blessing, we are more carful of others feelings and understand when they loose it . No I didn’t visit with Steve often but he was everywhere in the town I lived in, every shop had a picture of him and his family, they are still trying to keep him alive to attract the tourists but it is not the same.

Love and BIG ((((( HUGS))))) Annie

  24. freedomborn says:

Well my dear Sister Caddo it has stopped raining at least for now so your prayers are answered . Wow I feel so much better, I would not in any way want to hurt you ..true no bull . I will phone you Caddo it would be so good to hear your voice and to share with you a few more of Aussie’s strange wordage, teenagers say… Gee your real sisk and that means your groovy or hip ,If you write to me and give me your phone number I will phone you. I’m on a special phone plan and it does not cost me much as long as I keep within the time allotted but even you and me could not talk that long …or could we??? I’m a bit like my writing, but then I do listen too.

Will enjoy reading your story about Bull fighting, Christian Love Anne.

    • Caddo Veil says:

Dearest Anne–Well I feel better too! I’ve been praying since I got your earlier message–wondering what God wants me to do, regarding blogging and comments–how to prevent misunderstandings–or whether that’s just our enemy the devil trying to impede our efforts to serve and glorify God, and love one another. Just about every day I come under attack, and want to give this whole thing up! But I know that can’t be God–only the enemy, wanting to steal my joy! So I’ll continue to pray for wisdom as to what to say in acceptance speeches, and commenting on blogs (the poetry stays as is–if folks have a problem with that, too bad!). You can pray for me too! We’ll pray for each other!!

I wasn’t really serious about us talking by phone, but since that seems to have excited you–maybe I should consider it more seriously (no bull or kidding). It’s possible that I, too, could call you without it being a hardship financially–I’m quite the gabber, though! Talk talk talk!! I can’t post my phone number for obvious reasons–however, if I had an email address for you, I could include it there. If I can’t find your contact info on your blog here, you can email me — caddoveil@comcast.net–Then we can trade info, and figure out if calling will work out or not. I’ll find out more about my phone plan, too.

So glad the rain has stopped for now–is this a seasonal thing, there in Australia? Like monsoon season? I can’t wait to learn more about your homeland, Anne. Thank you for your generous heart toward me–such a huge wonderful gift and blessing to have you as my new sister! God bless you abundantly–take good care of yourself, get some rest! Love, sis Caddo xxxooo

      • Caddo Veil says:

PS–it’s bull RIDING, love–not “fighting” (the bull fighters are the ones who work to protect my boys, if the bull comes after them, when they fall off). You might want to look at the PBR.com website to get familiar with my boys, including Aussie Ben Jones!! He’s so great!!

        • freedomborn says:

I’m not so sure Caddo that your not bulling me, meaning kidding, sure looks like the Bull is fighting even if your enjoying yourself, No Bull! meaning for real, just sit back and watch them, they don’t like it one bit but maybe their just being Bull headed, meaning wanting their own way, if so you have hit the Bulls eye, meaning you have got it right! want to keep going or will we leave it there ..Thanks for cluing me up…. bully for you, meaning good on you! It is never my intention to bully you, meaning pressure you, so just say so if you feel it.

Love you my Sister and that’s no Bull! Annie

          • Caddo Veil says:

Okay, you silly sister–yes, the bulls are fighting the rider and being Bull-headed! No, I don’t feel any pressure–having FUN (even though I have a horrible headache today)! Another Aussie that I loved so much, and miss terribly is Steve Irwin–when I read your “good on you”, it made me think of him!! And the sunflower (on the last award) did, too–did you watch his memorial service on TV? All those sunflowers–all those loving family, friends and fans. God used him to help me a lot when I was sunk in depression.

            You’re so good to me!!!

            • freedomborn says:

Hi Caddo so it seems we are resorting to name calling…. I’m a silly sister am I, that’s a lot of Bull dust, don’t you realise what you think about others critically you are really saying about yourself, it’s like looking in a mirror, I don’t think you are at all silly even if you think you are. :-D

Love you my beautiful sister, don’t forget your phone number so I can phone you. Annie

I lived 5 minutes from Steve, his wife was a Christian but Steve wasen’t but we don’t know what happened at the point of death, so we can’t ever judge.

              • Caddo Veil says:

Oh WOW–you lived so close to the Irwins? So, did you know them well and get to see them a lot? I kind of wondered about their faith, or lack of. Didn’t think Steve was saved, which seemed sad for the obvious reason–but also because he was just such a Good man (which we know isn’t enough, but it’s hard–maybe I’m not being clear: if someone is really a monster, and not saved, then it makes more sense somehow to me…). It’s possible the Lord grabbed him at the moment before death–I sure hope…

Now I recognize that you’re teasing me–about the name-calling, silly sister stuff–but you’re right: what we notice critically in others, is often a mirror of our own attitudes–I’m guilty. I tell myself I’m silly when I’m being overly-sensitive to stuff (defensive over trivial things) or when I’m trying to joke around to keep from being too-serious.

I think I’ll try to find a web article on Aussie “language”–so I can study up on how to talk like you! And yes, checking out the phone plan is on my to-do list–will get back to you about that. I need to find out the time difference too–it’s pretty big, isn’t it?

It was really interesting to read that you’ve been blogging quite a while in Australia–before “here” (wherever that is–I’ve got blogger friends from all over now!)–and some of the difference in styles and such. Anyway, I just rolled out of bed–need to get dressed and do an errand before I get to stuck to my computer chair!

God bless you BIG, my lovely fun sister, Anne (are things drying out yet, around you?)!!

  25. Caddo Veil says:

Dearest sister Anne– I’m writing this over here, in hopes you’ll get it easier/earlier than if I put it in reply to your comments on my blog. For goodness sake’s, my much-loved sister–stop worrying so much! You know the problem with emails, or these blog comment boxes, is that we often have to guess at what people mean and how they’re feeling when they say something. In truth, we are strangers, so we don’t know each other’s sense of humor–and can’t read their faces as they’re writing to us. I’ve run into this problem a few times of late–and I feel so bad, because I certainly don’t want people to misunderstand me, and think I’m being critical or acting offended. AND I’m equally “sensitive”–or “guilty” of misunderstanding what someone has written.

I honestly believe the blogging community–particularly those of us who are believers–would never intentionally cause any hurt. I know I don’t–and I know you don’t, so stop fretting, dear heart. And the cultural differences make for something new and fun to learn about–I can’t wait to read the post about blogging Aussie style!! (I’m working on a short story right now, so it’s going to have to wait a bit…)

Too bad I can’t call you on the phone so you could hear my voice–my joyful laughter–as I say, “don’t fret anymore, now, y’ hear”. Maybe Aussie’s say, “no worries, mate”?? You and I are spirit-sisters forever–we don’t even need awards to share how much love we have for each other, and for the Lord.

In my comment, which apparently set you to worrying–about bull riders, and “no bull”–I was referring to my love for my boys, the bull riders, who God used so powerfully in my life to teach me some great lessons. And one of our blog sisters suggested I think about doing a post on that–telling the lessons I’d learned from them. So, hopefully, I’ll have time and creativity to write that post before too long. So, me saying “no bull”–meant, I think, the same as you–that I’m not kidding about the lessons, and my intentions to write about them.

Are we okay now, Anne? Let me know if I can explain it better. And I’m so sorry about the flooding–I’m sure that makes you very anxious, and keeps you from getting good rest. I’m praying that you will be alright, okay? Much much love, your sister Caddo!!

    • Hey, that’s fine. I’m sometimes confused as to where I’ve left off with commenting and such. I’ve suddenly discovered so many new sisters and brothers in Christ here and am overjoyed! I saw your commeent and you have my blessing!

  28. freedomborn says:

Hi Martha I meant to mention you can only receive most Awards once except the King of Kings and Candle lighting could you let me know who nominated you for the others so I don’t double up

    Thanking you Love Anne .

    • Hi. Caddo for the Readers Apprec and Kezia Carrie for the Kreativ. Hugs and Love, Martha

      • freedomborn says:

Just wondering Martha who you received the other two Awards from I can’t see any referance to them that is the The Versatile Blogger Award – and the Kreativ Blogger Award.

        Christian Love Anne

    • I am nominating YOU for a Candle Lighter Award. It may not be the first you’ve receieved and is sure not to be the last, but you are a blessing and you reflect His light beautifully, so I am happy to be able to give this to you!

      • freedomborn says:

Thank you Martha for your very kind words and yes I have received it before but feel very blessed to receive it again.

        Christian Love Anne.

        • Hi, Anne! I’m sorry but I’m confused. There’s either a comment or an email I missed. I’m not sure what it is I’m to let you know and don’t recall a conversation about my powm or a Power Point. I’m sure we’re cool, just don’t know what you’re asking. Please let me know when you’ve a moment. Sorry for the mixup. In His Amazing Love, Martha

  29. freedomborn says:

Hi Caddo you sure have an good impact on others, in the short time we have known each other I have been really blessed and had a good laugh or two or three or four. Yes I think you would have a ball if we were face to face, it seems we even have the same off beat focus where it comes to humour . Do you have an Uncle Bob ? every one keeps saying to me… Bob’s your Uncle! and I don’t have an Uncle Bob?????

We are flooding at the moment where I live, they have warned us that it could be worse then last year, so I may be flotting by soon on my bed but seriously it is a worry, many homes were lost last year but thankfully not as many lives as expected. One day at a time…today both my front and back yards are flooded and water is lapping at both back doors we may have to evacuate… One day at a time.Take care I will try to stay in touch.

Christian Love Anne ((((( HUG))))) Extra big Hug! a number 5

  30. Freedomborn says:

Dear Caddo you are a blessing to me my dear Sister, my arms are wraped around you three times one Hug is not enough. God is Love and He brings His Loved ones together, you will always be welcome in my Blog Home and in my Home in Australia and please be assured you are very much in my Heart Home, we are family we are one.

    Christian Love always Anne (((HUG)))

    • Caddo Veil says:

Dearest Anne–Oh, how I feel that “3 times wrapped around hug”–and give it back to you twice!! I can’t even imagine traveling to Australia to visit you–wouldn’t that be a fun miracle?! I wanted to thank you again for the beautiful blessing/award King of Kings Friendship–I’m still reeling from the JOY and thanksgiving! And I so loved your “theater story”!! I think you and I would have a laugh-fest, as we probably have a similar sense of humor–and we deserve it, since life wasn’t a smooth ride in the early years! But God makes everything right and beautiful–He wastes not one sad day or lost hour. He’s so good to us–especially to bring us together this way–hallelujah to our great King! God bless you richly this day–you and that big koala bear, Ron!

  31. Caddo Veil says:

              • Oh, thnks! Our dear sister slipped me into the nomination pool as well! What a lovely thing these awards are. They are at once both a blessing and an opportunity – not unlike our commission as the body of Christ!
                In His Amazing Love, Martha

Its ok Martha I will nominate you for both, the Candle and the 7×7 you have already received you will be listed for those too when I post, don’t forget you need to follow the regulations of the ones that have them or your not elagiable to receive them, but I’m going to share a way to do that but have less pressure – Christian Love Anne

                    Christian Love Anne

                    • Thank you! I am working up lists of nominees for Candle and Reader Appreciation which I will edit and add to the post – just popped the post on so I could link it to those who nominated me. The 7 x 7 is a bigger project and might be tomorrow before I get that one officially posted. Weeee – fun fun fun!

      • Oh, heavens – now Genuine blogger is one I don’t have yet. So many potential blessings! I’m not certain what a genuine blogger is but you are both genuine blessings!

  32. freedomborn says:

Hi Sebastian I appreciate that you feel I have been an inspiration to you, I’m sure we could thankfully say that about most we Blog with but then with God as our focus how can it be any other way.

Thank you for offering me the Versatile Blogger Award but to be honest I was going to offer it to you, but will offer you a few other Awards instead they don’t have as much detail but are very good.

I think it is wonderful that we have these awards to encourage and uplift others but I think they can be a bit rushed we need time to nominate others, anyway I will be over to visit soon and thank you for thinking of me.

    Christian Love Anne

  33. Sebastian says:

Hello Anne…I just wanted to personally thank you for being an inspiration to me and my blogging aspirations! With that said, I wanted to let you know that I have nominated you for the Versatile Blogger Award! You can check out the details on my blog at http://faith1stministries.wordpress.com . CONGRATULATIONS!!

  34. Caddo Veil says:

Hi Caddo and you are also very special as I found out when I visited you at your Home Blog today, thank you for your kind uplifting words and your warm and caring heart and one Big (((Hug))) to you too – Christian Love Anne.

  35. Freedomborn says:

Hi Martha, yes there are times that because of life circumstances we battle but it is not God who brings these battles or who causes us to suffer and have hardship. God is Love and can do no evil, we ourselves, others or because we lives in a fallen world controlled by Satan do indeed suffer. It is not a weakness or sin to cry or grieve, Jesus was known as a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief and He cried, He was real He did not wear a mask. Tears like laughter are a gift from God to help us heal and even with tears in our eyes we can have God’s deep Joy in our heart. I have been through some very violent Storms in my life and the Lord helped me and now I have His wonderful Truth to hold onto too… I will share some with you, but if you would like to share more in privacy please freel to use the link below shiningbrightlights but you are also welcome to continue here if wanted …

Lamentations 3: 33 For He doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.

Isaiah 43:1-3 – Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.”

Jeremiah 29 :11-12 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

    Christian Love Anne.

    • Thanks! Jeremiah 29:11-13 is one I hang onto a lot. I am in need of provision and i know He has a plan. I appreciate prayer support to be sure I hear what He is revealing to me so that I can walk in faith on the right path. Thanks for your wonderful reply here. I so appreciate it. IHS, Martha

  36. How delightful it is to be welcomed as a child of the King of Kings! So life giving. My dear priest, Fr Rick, comforted me a while back when I was feeling very low and full of self doubt. I was then and am now facing a challenge that I can’t seem to rremedy and was full of feelings of having somehow failed. His reminder that I am a daughter of the King of Kings was so uplifting to me. I don’t understand why I still face the need I’m facing and worry about my ability to care for those I must care for, yet I know God has a purpose in it and so when my weakness as a human brings worry, He restores with with His peace and love! Growing pains – His plan for our lives is always best and His timing is perfect!

  37. You have been nominated for the Candle Lighter Award! Please click on this link for further information.

    • freedomborn says:

Thank you Jeane I will be posting all my Awards next week but with a differance as you will see, I love the Candle lighting Award because Like The King of Kings Friendship Award it can be given and received unlimited times, it’s a great encouragment and your very kind to offer it to me.

      Christian Love Anne.

  38. Sebastian says:

Hello Anne…thank you for following my blog at Faith1st Ministry. I hope it has and will continue to be a major blessing in your life as you continue to write and blog. Reading your blog and making contact with you has already been a major blessing for me! Please continue with us on this journey and remember to have Faith 1st.

    • Freedomborn says:

Thank you Sebastian for your very kind words and they are also my words for you and your wife in your Ministry of Love and encouragment to others. Just knowing that there was a helping hand meant a lot to me and that your prayers were offered with Love and acceptance – Thank you so much.

  39. Hey, just thought I’d let you know that I’ve nominated you for the Kreativ Blogger Award! You can see this page for more details:

    http://goldenbible.wordpress.com/the-kreativ-blogger-award/

    • Freedomborn says:

Hi Joshua I’m sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your kind offer of the Kreativ Blogger Award, I have had to make some major changes to my Blog and now have my husband Ron helping me. I have already received this Award and believe you can only receive it once, but because of the problems with my Blog have not posted it yet.

I was going to nominate you for it, but instead I will talk to you about another Award that is very differant, no rules etc I hope you like it, I will let you know next comment. But if you like Awards Joshua and they are a great way to encourage other Bloggers and to meet new ones, I have other Awards that need people who are interested in receiving them and your a very uplifting writer so I would have no hesitation in nominating you for them.

      Christian Love Anne.

Hey Anne, I see your delema with awards, just want to let you know that I have nominated you for the “Sunshine Award” You have been and inspiration and if you don’t want to re- post the reward etc. I understand . At least it will bring traffic to your site. Thank you for your support and inspiration. ~Franny
Hello, I love to come and travel with you. It is so relaxing and takes me to places I would never get to visit. I have nominated you for the “Sunshine Award” Please follow the link to your nomination. ~Franny
        http://oregonsmiles.wordpress.com/

        • Freedomborn says:

Hi Franny for some reason your comment is not on top, anyway I found you, as I shared on your Blog I thank you very much for your kindness and your understanding in that I need to have time to fufil the Award rules. I believe if I accept an Award then I need to respect the person who created it and comply with they have asked but I need time to do so which they don’t rule against. What I now do is attach the symbol so others know I have it for those Awards you can only receive once and then post later, the others I will post straight away unless I want to present it to others as a blessing.

Thank you again Christian Love Anne.

I have read a few of your posts. We have a few things in common but the greatest of these is our love for our Saviour and our desire for all to know, love and serve Him. I will be visiting here again when I have more time.

It is good to “meet” a fellow Queenslander here.

I have been also greatly encouraged reading the posts on your Blog and the comments you have left on mine … my life Story up till now isn’t finished yet, but the first part is in the Link below.

    Thank you, Anicka

I saw your post in the forum. It’s easy. You should start your topic to something which you really know about; where you can give lots of info, and share about many things regarding your topic. I was also new here, and started first day of Sept. i was like you don’t know where to start, but as long as you know what you are writing about, it will be easy for you to get another one for next time. It will takes time until you will have readers, its not like.; you post today and you will have many readers the following days.. It can take months or weeks to finally have few readers or subscribers to your blog. What you must do is to just write and write many topics as you can, post it, and readers will soon know that your blog exist.. Just enjoy what you are doing, give update to your blog. Best of luck.! :-)

    • Freedomborn says:

Sorry Anika this is a bit late coming but I just worked out how to reply so you receive it ….

Thank you Anicka, I appreciate your advice very much, Bloging is still all very new to me and to be honest I’m a bit confused but like I do with you I also appreciate Dunia’s help too, your kindness shows you care about others and value them as people of worth.

      Thank you Christian Love Anne

        • Freedomborn says:

Good to hear from you again Anicka we have lost touch but thank you for nominating me for the Versatile Blog Award but as you can see I already have this Award although I have yet to Post it but will do so in the near future… how did you go with the Awards I nominated you for, I must check your Blog again, sorry that I have not done so before although I did for a few weeks but as I believe we should not have pressure with them I thought like me you would post them later perhaps you have I will check again.

I was told that we can only receive this Award once by another Blogger the same as some other Awards but I’m not sure if this is true now because I can’t see where it tells us this in the rules I never checked them before I didn’t know you could, I just believed this Blogger as she was telling others the same thing, perhaps she believed it was true.

But when I do Post this Award I will also thank you for nominating me and nominate you again

          Christian Love Anne
